Mike & Patty's - Bay Village

Visited Boston and was looking for a fast breakfast place so that we could be on our way around the city, and boy! Was I so glad I found this cute place!! I'm a fan of breakfast sandwiches and anywhere I travel I always try to have at least one! The sandwiches here are on another level!! Be prepared to enjoy the best sandwiches!! Super cheesy and full of flavor but still kept its shape! Its on my list every time I visit Boston!!!

Yelp rating took me on a five or six block walk to this breakfast stop with no inside dining (two stools) and no outside tables. Turkey sandwich, the only lunch item at 11am, was better than most chains but expensive at $14.50 for a pretty small portion with tax and $1 tip. After I added $4 lemon Pelegrino. No chips were available. It look like they had some good breakfast sandwiches. Service is good. Four stars based on price / value is a stretch. More like 3.5 :)

Mom and Pop small business place. I decided to walk there despite the random rainy weather. I reached the establishment and it was small inside, not really a place to dine ( 2 seats) but for sure take out. They had a lot of orders to be picked up and a pretty good size crowd waiting to order. I ordered the Fancy- fried eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese, avocado, red onions and house mayo on our toasted Flourhouse multigrain and the Breakfast Grilled Crack- fried egg, extra bacon, American, cheddar, Monterey & gruyere on our buttered Flourhouse sourdough. I also ordered a chocolate chip cookie Both sandwiches were pretty tasty! Totally can see why this place is popular. Simple home made like sandwiches, affordable prices and quick. I would definitely come here again.

If I could give it 10 stars, I would!! Best breakfast sandwich, most friendly people! Tiny spot, so don't plan on sitting to eat unless you get lucky and the only two spots in there are available for sitting. The Classic was a perfect size sandwich for me.

We ordered online the night before. I ordered the "Fancy" sandwich on sourdough. The toppings were fresh and had a lot of flavor. I'd recommend this place for a quick breakfast!

On our recent trip to Boston we had heard great things about Mike and Patty's and knew we had to give them a try and are so glad that we did! I got the Carolina Caviar; a fried egg, sausage patty, and pimento cheese all on top of an English Muffin. First off, the English muffin was one of the best I have ever had so light and fluffy on the inside but perfectly crisp on the outside. And the combo of all the toppings was top tier, I actually wish I would have ordered two of these! My girlfriend got the Fancy Breakfast sandwich; fried eggs, bacon, cheese, avocado, red onions and mayo on top of bread. She really enjoyed the sandwich as well. I of course had a bite as well and it was a delicious combo too! We highly recommend giving Mike and Patty's a try!!!

We went to this place twice while in Boston because it was so good. We got the fancy and the Carolina caviar and both was great. The place not really a seating area but there were plenty of parks in the area to sit and enjoy.

I had the baller which comes with bacon, egg, cheese on an English muffin. The place is very small with a handful of seats. It's mostly to go orders. I guess I came very early so I was able to sit and enjoy my sandwich in the warmth. The sandwich was piping hot which was nice. Overall, it was okay. I don't know if I got the right item, but it reminded me of a McDonald's Egg McMuffin. It wasn't terrible or anything, but I don't know what I'm missing here.

Anytime I come to Boston, my soul wants to stop here for a simple and tasty egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Sometimes we want something simple and not so doctored but if you do they have it here as well. I hope with the new locations, quality doesn't diminish and prices hike. Stay here please

We love to eat a breakfast sandwich here. The ingredients are fresh and the sandwich is served hot. Delicious!
