I really like this place. The food is always tasty. They have a great daily happy hour with food and drink deals. Service is friendly. It's great too because they always have room to sit.I went with our priest and a church friend on a Sunday night and it was just as enjoyable as when I went recently on a Saturday afternoon.A couple of us had birthdays recently and they had a delicious donut for us.This is becoming my go to spot for days I just need to get in fast and get good food and service on Convoy.

I usually order the grilled pork w/eggrolls vermicelli, but I decided to go with the grilled beef this time...mistake...the beef was a tad on the dry side, even though it had good flavor . . . Prices here are a little lower than other Vietnamese restaurants in the area. You go up to the counter to pay when you're ready. You give your table number. Parking can be difficult because of so many restaurants and retail shops in the same shopping center. I parked in the back on the streets and walked around.

*Review is based only on quality of food, since we got Uber Eats*We grabbed a few dishes from here on a weeknight and were definitely underwhelmed. Vietnamese cuisine should be a symphony of flavors and herbs but the dishes we received were bland and lacking flavor. It wasn't bad... but it was not what I would expect from Vietnamese cooking.The shrimp fried rice was on the sweet side and lacked any substance. The garlic noodles were a good texture but lacked the umph you'd expect from garlic. The eggrolls were crisp but interior was kinda meh... Hopefully their Pho is better, but it may be a while before order from here again.

I'm not really a fan of Pho in general, but a friend wanted Pho so I suggested this place because I think its a modern take on pho. So its not your traditional pho but has more modern options that a normal pho place.We started with an order of egg rolls, they were crispy and delicious. I normally don't like the dipping sauce at traditional Vietnamese places because its very fish sauce heavy, but since I didn't get a strong fish sauce smell I gave it a small dip; Not bad no strong fish sauce taste! Thats a huge plus for me! I just ate my egg rolls with sriracha though.For my entree, I was trying to decide between the short rib pho, ox tail pho and ox tail bun bo hue. I asked the waiter his opinion he suggested the short rib pho. When it came out, I was so surprised! I can see why he suggested it, it was a whole beef rib! The rib meat had been braised and was very tender and meaty. Yes the prices are a bit higher than your traditional pho place but they have more updated modern offerings. So don't go there and get the regular pho that you would at your normal pho shop, that's not why you come here.I forget what my friend ordered, some more traditional type of pho, he said it was very clean and tasty. It's in the same parking lot as Nijiya, Okan and Karami ramen so theres a large parking lot but some of the spaces are really tight, so if you can find one with adequate space take it, or park on the street for more stress free parking. Service was good, the waiter gave a great suggestion and refilled waters in a timely manner. There were only 1 or 2 servers but it wasn't too crowded.I recommend this place if you want to try Pho 2.0

Excuse my language, but these were the biggest fucking bone marrows I've ever had in my pho. It was pretty bomb. And the second picture is the spicy viet fusion ceviche which was super delicious with the shrimp crackers. This is a Viet modern restaurant, and the night time dine in experience felt very proper. The server we had was very prompt to our attention and was super descriptive of the questions we had for our food. This is not a typical dine in experience for Viet food, but I would come back again.

Have been to this place many years even before Covid. The food quality is always great as it was from the beginning.Big portion but very affordable prices or I would say some even cheaper than other restaurants. This is the only place that I could drink the soup in Pho or Bun Bo Hue with nothing leftover because I can tell they are really cooked from real meat and bones and herbs, not crazy MSG like other restaurants, I didn't dare to drink the soup in other Pho's restaurants at all. They have variety of Vietnamese authentic foods that you should try each at least one. My favorite: - Bone Marrow Pho, Bun Bo Hue, Chicken Curry, Chicken Salad (the only salad I could eat here because it has no onion ), cripsy fish sauce fried chicken wings, and yes, can't miss my favorite grilled snails. Highly recommend you stop by and try!!

4/2/24 - my second time here. I brought 2 guests to try it. We each ordered different bowls. We were greeted promptly and provided menus. We ordered 2 milk teas which was good. We ordered a Trolley Bowl ( I wouldn't get again, didn't care for the meats in there), a CYO Pho bowl with crab and a Spicy Hue - Combo . Check out photos. A total of 4 stars. Awesome sauce. We had a party of 12 The egg rolls and spring rolls were yummy. As good as any other Vietnamese spot or cafe. The pho was delicious. I also had a banh mi chicken. French bread was perfect. Everyone loved their food including the steak plates. Pho bowls are huge. On top of all that. This looks more like a new age beer all American hall with on tap beer. Wine. Plus every drink you would expect like tea or milk tea. The wooden tables are nice and the staff is A class. Our waiter was witty and had a great sense of humor
