Middleterranean

I was in the neighborhood for some training and wanted a quick and flavorful lunch. Middleterranean is in Addison and there aren't many halal options around. The halal option they do have with Middleterranean is awesome! I got the lunch special which chicken and steak. It comes with rice, salad, pita and hummus for around 10 dollars. It's a great deal! The meat was flavorful and the veggies were crisp! The bathroom needed a little bit of a deep cleaning though, my only suggestion.

Everything is cooked to order. Waited about 20 minutes after I ordered. I got the falafel bowl with tahini and garlic sauce on the side. The bowl itself was good the rice was good and the salad with it. The falafels were pretty dry and not the best I've had. The pita was good good. Also ordered a side of fries and they were also not the best. I'd probably come back to try a different bowl but the falafels disappointed. Also paid a bit.

I Love Middleterranean. I could literally eat it every day and it's just as good every time. It is my absolute favorite Mediterranean food. I usually get the chicken or steak bowl with salad and rice. It also comes with hummus- they have the best hummus!! The service is always fast, friendly and consistent.

Middle of the road for us.Ordered a gyro meat plate, chicken shawarma, and falafels. Falafels were a bit too hard that we added them to a lentil soup.Pita bread was avg, not the fluffy pillows of other spots.Garlic sauce was a pass.

This place is always awesome, they never seem busy but they must do good business cuz they've been here for many years. Always enjoy their falafel, Peters are very fresh, they also stuffed the pitas very well. I would highly recommend the Greek garlic fries, definitely enough to share the fries with another person.

Talk about being catfished... $14 for a gyro with 5 pieces of meat, no fries and no drink with the smallest amount of sauce that you could imagine. Never again in my life. This shouldn't even be legal.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at MiddleteranianI had an incredibly frustrating experience with Middleteranian today, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I decided to order food from them using their website ordering system, and my experience went downhill from there.To start, I ordered three items totaling $25.11 through their website, but I didn't receive an email confirmation. Worried, I decided to call the restaurant. A girl answered and informed me that they received the order but that one of the items, baba ganoush, was not available, and she suggested I substitute it with hummus. Not wanting hummus, I asked if I could get a refund for the unavailable item. To my surprise, she was unsure if she could cancel a single item and return my money, so she needed to consult with the manager.Five minutes later, she called me back, confirming the cancellation of the item, but when I inquired about getting an updated receipt reflecting this change, I was flatly told it couldn't be done. This left me with no proof that they would actually refund my money.Frustrated, I requested to speak to the manager but was told the manager wasn't available, and I would have to wait. I had already spent my lunch break driving to the restaurant, and waiting for a receipt was not how I wanted to spend my time. I was promised an updated receipt via email, but an hour and a half passed with no communication from them.I decided to call the restaurant again, and the girl on the line told me to wait for the manager. Two minutes later, she told me to keep waiting. Determined to resolve this, I stayed on hold for five minutes, only to have the call abruptly disconnected. I called back, and there was no response.At this point, I was furious and called again. A male voice answered, who I learned was the manager. However, he repeatedly tried to explain their payment system, talking over me, and never took responsibility for their mistakes. There were no apologies or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience I had endured.In the end, it's not about the money; it's about being treated with respect and courtesy. Middleteranian failed on all fronts in this regard. I will never return to this establishment, not because of the $8 or $20, but because of the abysmal customer service. There are plenty of other restaurants to choose from, and I won't waste my time or money on a place that treats its customers so poorly.

Great takeout option in the Addison area...4/5 stars for good price/portion ratio, quick service, & yummy food. I'd recommend any chicken dish with a side of hummus & don't forget the sauce! Tahini, garlic & haram Ah!!! How could I forget to mention the Greek fries....they are amazing!

This new Middle East gem is tucked away in a complex in Addison. The atmosphere is sub par and menu options are good. We ordered the chicken kabob wrap and hummus with pita. The hummus was smooth in texture, pita was nice and fluffy. The chicken kabob meat was tender, grilled to perfection and lightly seasoned. The sauces were great on the side and paired nicely with the food. I liked the freshness of the veggies and I liked the taste of the tender meat within the wrap. The staff was friendly and they had lunch specials as well. Overall, a great spot for carry out and quick bites.

Went for lunch today a little before noon, 2 ppl in front of me. Placed my order chicken pita kabob toppings on the side, and fries. Told me 10 minutes. The two guys who were in front of me got their food. Meanwhile a full-on rush was happening and the next 3 guys after me also got their food. 20 minutes goes by and the 4th person after me, got their food. So I go ask. She says give me 2 minutes. Food comes up and rather than give me toppings on the side, except for the sauces they just eliminated them all together. Did not even bother asking. I have no explanation but coincidentally I was the only single female in the place. :( That said the chicken kabob was not grilled, which I was expecting, the pita was so thin it fell apart after a couple bites. The fries were fantastic! Oh, and it was $16.00
