The cake wasn't dense, it was airy and fluffy but a little dry. It reminded me of angel cake but a little dryer. The fresh fruits of strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries and the cream in between each layer added the needed moisture and texture. Forking into the slice and taking a bite with a little bit of everything made it so enticing to keep eating bite after bite. RECOMMEND Will definitely be back to try other slices of cake.
