Stopped into Michael Jordan's Steak House for a quick snack and opted for their Wagyu Meatballs. Excellent choice!The dish featured perfectly seasoned Wagyu meatballs with a rich marinara sauce, complemented by whipped ricotta. The grilled ciabatta added the perfect crunch, enhancing the texture and flavor profile. Each bite was a harmonious blend of flavors that left me craving more.To drink, we had the Hazy Beer Hug by Goose Island Beer Co. The hazy IPA was a refreshing contrast to the robust meatballs, making for a balanced and satisfying meal.Our server Taylor was outstanding, providing impeccable service. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and added to the overall dining experience. Whether you're stopping by for a quick snack or a full meal, Michael Jordan's Steak House is sure to impress. As someone visiting Chicago for the first time, our family decided we needed to try out Michael Jordan's Steakhouse, and it did not disappoint!The ambiance and entrance to the restaurant was very grand, but subtle glimpses of MJ's influence can be seen throughout, which was awesome. We were seated at the end of the restaurant which wasn't the most ideal location, but it worked. However, you will probably need a flashlight to look at the menu, as it's very dark in there!For starters, we ordered MJ's chopped salad and the French onion soup. The French onion soup is not your typical one, so expect a bit creamier and more richness. I loved it! The chopped salad was light and delicious, although a bit more blue cheese crumbles and dressing would've been great!For the entrees, we ordered filet mignon and NY strip. They both were cooked perfectly. The filet melted in my mouth, so that's when you know it's a good steak! The macaroni and cheese was creamy, full of several different cheese flavors with a nice crispy top. The bacon Brussels were also very good, but a bigger portion of those would've been even better. For dessert, we got the Nutella crème brûlée, which was delicious! As someone who loves Nutella, this really hit the spot! The dessert also came with bananas and banana cake, which I dipped into the crème brûlée. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive, however I was very disappointed that the surrounding tables received a Michael Jordan poster with what looked like a copy of his signature. For some reason, we did not get one!

Worth going to. Ate here w colleagues. Recommend you get reservations anywhere in this area o town. I had the halibut and we shared sides of asparagus and the mushrooms. All food was great. Service was a bit slow. Atmosphere was what one would expect at this price point.

Very cool place, lots of MJ memorabilia in the bar, Food was great also, we only utilized bar for food and drinks, didn't feel need to go into restaurant.

Very classy restaurant, and it's fun to tell people you're eating at Michael Jordan's. The dining is upstairs with a cool walkway over the foyer downstairs. It is located in the Intercontinental Hotel and a good choice if you are within walking or Uber distance. Parking is not plentiful.There is no free bread though, which was disappointing. We got the filet which was just smothered in butter so much it had to be scraped off. The NY Strip comes with pickled red onion which I found unnecessary. Both were tender and juicy.For sides, the roasted baby carrots were really tasty as was the mac and cheese. They were pretty expensive for sides but were big enough for sharing.There weren't a lot of dessert options, so we passed on getting any. The service was good. For a nice occasion, this is a good option.

First of all we were able to walk in an hour before our reservation so a huge plus for an amazing restaurant in Chicago. The restaurant is dimly lit with such an amazing variety on the menu it was definitely hard to choose. Our server was amazing and attentive throughout our dinner and gave us amazing choices. The steak and scallops were so tender and delicious I'm still thinking about it. Do not even get me started on the three different mashed potato options....decadent, flavorful, creamy to die for! Drinks were great, not too strong, beautiful presentation. Only 4 stars because I was not a fan of the tuna or wagyu meatballs, it lacked a bit of flavor and the bread was toasted too hard.

GOOD service GOOD FOOD price matches experience and taste would recommend for a birthday or a special day!

Always a wonderful experience. Today had yummies and cocktails. Fabulous included Francisco's Sangria - delicious!! And he is so cool - thank you Francisco!!!! We'll be back.....

Arrived in Chicago Wed but not staying at this hotel, remember how fabulous this place was from our last stay here and have come every single day and can't say enough about Francisco and the Banana Old Fashion, It is off the chart! His service with this cocktail and the incredible food has made the trip to Chicago all worthwhile plus the Rolling Stones! I can't wait to come back for the banana old fashioned!
