Mark and Stephanie at Old World Tasting room made our evening fantastic. It was my wife's 50th birthday and they took amazing care of us. We were a large unannounced group. The other tasting rooms turned us away while Mark and Stephanie welcomed us with open arms. The wine and tapas type offerings were also great. Old World Tasting Room made a great memory for us. We'll be back.

My girlfriend and I came here for a chill afternoon to catch up and celebrate her birthday. This was the perfect spot for what we were looking for! We settled into a corner of cozy chairs and enjoyed a tasting flight. There were 6 official tastings plus a bonus Malbec plus a bonus Rose just because we saw a bottle at another table and asked out of curiosity. The "Marks" were so generous with their time, their pours, and their service! I mentioned it was my girlfriend's birthday and they brought out a platter of macarons just to make our experience even sweeter! While the service was exceptional, so were the wines! We ended up purchasing 3 bottles (including the rose). We loved our experience and the price points and pours were so generous, especially in comparison to the tasting scene in Woodinville. Looking forward to coming back again!

Excellent tasting experience and a nice wine pourer! We had a nice chat and I enjoyed the wines I tasted. The new label, Sherman, has lovely offerings; I chose a white flight. I took home a bottle of the 2017 Florentino Nebbiolo Rosé. I look forward to returning in the future...

We enjoyed all of the wines we tried and purchased the Monastrell. Nice selection of Spanish wines. The manager served us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. My friend accidentally left her credit card and he searched every tasting room in the complex to find her and return it. Customer service!

Wowee!! Another great addition to SODO Urban Works. Excellent wines being poured at Old World Tasting Room. Michael Florentino wines and Sherman winery are poured in the tasting room. The wines are really good! The Albariño and Marsanne were delicious! So good!! The reds all so good I could not decide which one was my favorite. We brought home the Sangiovese, but dont sleep on the Tempranillo and the Bordeaux. We will be coming back for those. Old World Tasting Room has a great vibe, it kinda reminds me of some European wine bars. I love the decor and open space. Great date night or turn up group celebrations to part take in.One of the best part about our experience , besides the yummy wines, was Keri , real cool dude. He plays guitar and sings and talks wine! They have people performing certain nights so gotta check them out too. Overall a wonderful tasting room in the popular booming SODO Urban Works. Make sure you check it out, down the hall from the seltzer place . I wish it was open a little later and more parking at SODO Urban Works. Must Lyft.But go drink some awesome wine and chill at Old World Tasting Room!!

5 stars simply because they have an excellent PNW Barberra. A little bit of Piedmonte in the PNW. Rare fine in the US. Their's is rather hot and not so subtle compared to typical from Italy. Staff here is very nice and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all. Not wine snobs. An approachable urban cellar. Also, their special events are dynamite!

A fun find! We went on a Friday and most of the tasting rooms only had a few people. Apparently Saturday and Sunday times are much busier. We liked many of the wines we tasted, it was a combination tasting flight because of the slow traffic but they have two separate tastings on the weekends - France and Italy/Spain. Very friendly and knowledgeable service from all we encountered and they were great about filling our glasses and giving us information on the wines. We took home a bottle and will definitely be back. Tasting fees waived with minimum purchase.

Great new tasting room find in the middle of SODO Urban Works. Very approachable wines from an experienced craftsman winemaker who challenges himself to produce interesting varietals. This new tasting room is well appointed and spacious. The tasting room manager, Earle - is welcoming and makes guests feel comfortable while he shares the story of these fine quality wines being produced under the Michael Florentino and Sherman labels for guests to explore and taste.

This was my first time going here. Lots of other wine tasting rooms to choose from, and I'm so glad we went to Old World Tasting Room. The wines were great, they had live music, and the vibe was chill. The perfect solution to a long work week! I'll be back for sure.
