Would definitely come back, enjoyed the easy system to view menu, order, and pay via the QR code. Glad it also will aggregate for the table so everybody can throw in what they want. Came to around 25 for one of the sandwiches (spicy beef) and a two combo noodle. The sandwich was dense w the beef, jalapenos and onion. The noodles were long and with the right chew, had similar things and taste to the sandwich if I'm honest. But so many options, will have to come back to try again.

My friends and I had dinner here on a Monday night. Environment - it is not the fancy reataurant vibe, and it is a little old, but it is clean. It has tables for groups from 2-8 people, and it is pretty quite, so it is good for staying longer and talking. Taste if Xi'an is another place we go for 陕西 food, but that place is in a food court in a grocery store, and it is always noisy, and u often have to share tables with people. It is good for a quick bite but not for long stay and chat.Staff - there is one lady helping us with order and serving food. She is bilingual and friendly.Food - food is served pretty fast. Lamb soup with glass noodle is yummy, and broth is so good. I wanted to ask for a refill on the broth but i did not haha. 肉夹馍 is not quite like the one i had in China. The meet will taste better if it has a little more fat. My friend said that she prefers the 凉皮 from taste of Xi'an.Overall, it is a good dining experience, and I would come back to this place.

Best Xian cuisine on the eastside. The hot oil biang noodle, spicy pungent beef comb and cold noodle are especially good. This mon and pop restaurant is a hidden gem.

The food is so good! It's a hidden gem. The service is super fast but you get good quality food and the proportions are good. The dishes are flavorful and delicious

Miah's Kitchen has a humble, family restaurant vibe. The food is mostly from the style of northwestern Chinese cuisine, which I like because it reminds me of my parents' home and is different from the typical Sichuan cuisine you tend to see. If you come in a group, I recommend getting the big platter chicken because it is full of flavor and you get so much that you can share. I also recommend the biang biang noodles, rou jia mo, liang pi, or yang rou pao mo.

I dunno if I will come here again. Found a piece of long stringy hair that wasn't our's in our dumpling. Unfortunate bc we really enjoyed the food here.

We have been to this place many times over the last few years but this is still my first review for it. They specialize in cuisine from northwestern region of China with lots of flour based dishes so if you are looking for low carb food this isn't the place for you. Our favorite is the Big Platter Chicken, which is shown below. We've always ordered this dish whenever we dine here. The portion is huge so don't expect that you will be able to finish it. Just enjoy what you can and pack the rest to go.

I'm honestly not sure why the reviews are so low. Granted I've never eaten in person- everytime I've gotten takeout the food has been great! I love the tomato and egg Biang biang noodles. The zha jiang one is good too but a bit too salty. I also ordered the beef Pao Mo soup (shredded flatbread soup) - also really creamy and tasty. My picky AF husband really liked it so that says a lot! I'll have to try going in person instead of always taking out.

I love this place but last experience is a little bit disappointed because they did not have air conditioning during hottest days in summer, and their main dishes are normally quite hot. But their food and service are great! Authentic Xian food. The 水盆羊肉 tastes great!

I have walked by this restaurant many times, but they never piqued my interest because they are always empty! I decided to look up their menu and turns out they sell Xi'an dishes. Their menu is comparable, if not bigger than Taste of Xi'an, Xi'an Noodles, and Fang Tang Noodles. Their prices appear to be more reasonable, too. Their dishes are traditionally prepared meaning most of the meat centric dishes are bone-in, FYI. There are many unusual dishes, and I love being adventurous. Their service is a shy tentative. They react to my beaconing but otherwise did not approach. Their interior is simple; it wasn't off-putting by any means. During our time inside, only Chinese people came to eat. All Chinese. (Yes, I can tell.) This must be authentic food! This restaurant doesn't do any social media as far as I can tell. If you click on their website link, old images of sushi will show up. Continue with "Order Online" and you can see their menu.Smashed Spicy Eggplant, $15.99 - 4.5 StarsI didn't know what to expect for "smashed" eggplant dish (maybe like baba ganoush), but I certainly did not expect a pestle and mortar on my table. We skipped the smashing and ate as is, which was delicious, even if a bit oily. I also liked that this dish is served with century egg at the bottom.Tomato and Egg Biang Biang Noodle, $10.99 - 5 StarsSurprisingly savory, their version is excellent. Better than others I have had.Spicy Cumin Beef Sandwich, $7.99 - 5 Stars By including veggies in the filling, they made the sandwich a more substantial and balanced meal. Flavor is very good. We approve of this modification!Beef Roll, $11.99 - 4.5 StarsThe wrapping is a flaky pastry, while the beef filling is thickly sliced and plentiful. Hubby approved.Spicy and Pungent Rice Noodle Clay Pot, $8.99 - 3.5 Stars The nomenclature confused me. That is not a claypot. It is not pungent; it is ma la spicy. I was hoping for stinky tofu type of fermented pungent. Nope. They had ground beef in the broth, which is a turn-off for me (personal preference). Their menu could use a bit more description. Green Onion Pancake, $2.99 - 2.5 StarsThis is the least oily green onion pancake I have ever seen. Even though it is nicely layered, it is unfortunately a bit dry. It would be good to dip in sauce, but not to eat by itself.
