Worst customer service EVER!!! I came here to buy my dad some tacos. As soon as I walked in the shop was EMPTY. (Should have been a sign) No one in sight behind the counter. After two minutes of waiting , I finally say "hello" the guy still not able to see finally says "hello" back. In a to e as if I was bothering him. Finally he comes to counter and takes my order. I let home know I will be back. I go to Hanks and come back. Again! No one in sight, I wait about 3 minutes and notice there's a women sitting down in the kitchen right across from me which she neverrrr acknowledged me. So I ask is my order ready. She then asks the guy if it was ready . It was ready and had been sitting there the whole time. If I could give them 0 stars and the finger I would. NEVER COMING BACK EVER AGAIN .

Tried this place cause its near where Im staying and Gracielas wasnt open. Cali burrito only has cheese meat fries and pico, added guac and sour cream, they were cool enough to only charge me for one (most places come with sour cream/quac) so i gave them a try. Sadly i wasnt a fan of the flavor of their carne, and the fries were still frozen inside. Def worth the extra few mins to go to Gracielas.

Every time I go here I try and give it a chance.. The carni asada mini tacos are horrible with no flavor and they are sloppy. The rolled tacos Are super hard and the beef inside always comes out in one bite like a long tube. Don't let me forget the young Mexican lady who's customer service sucks! She acts like she doesn't want to help you at all.. How are you gunna give me my food with my back turned making hot sauce packets and expect me to see a random bag of food on a table where I was not sitting at and I'm supposed to know it was mine??? Never will I go here again with your blan food and horrible sevice ... You guys deserve 1 star and a new chef and new staff! GET IT TOGETHER

Bought a Beef Taco. It tasted great but it was very small it was like a mini taco you pay $1.50 for but charged you almost $4. Had a Beef Taco at Los Pancho Taco Shop In Eastlake last night. For the same price the taco was delicious and big. I got full. Portions are small at this shop. I guess because it's in the hood. If your in the hood you are always getting ripped off.

I really wish I could give a better rating since I live very close by and I would love to have a good taco shop I could walk to. Unfortunately, the food is very ok. I've had their California burrito and it is kinda dry. They have Taco Tuesday (like $1 per taco) but again, they are very ok. I would not consider eating in since the place is very plain (almost no decoration inside) and they tend to blast music, even until late at night. I did not feel like the place was clean either. Very disappointing overall...

My dad originally found this place because of Mexican food crave. He brought home 2 plates of Carne Asada fries and damn were they good! I asked him how much they cost and said $14 for the two orders. Pretty damn cheap! So I decided that this will be my new stop for cheap mexican food. People should go here more often!What I ordered:Carne Asada Fries $7.50 - Good price...also comes with quac and sour cream

I come here every single Tuesday for the tacos!!! They are only $1 on Tuesdays and they are NOT skimpy on the meat. I feel like I definitely get my money's worth, even when it's not Tuesday. The place is ALWAYS clean and the service is second to none. I feel like there is a "family owned" vibe at this restaurant and I am big supporter of small businesses offering people good value for their money. Everyone should try this place... start off with Taco Tuesday and I'm sure you will be back for more!!!

Very disappointed! My first visit. I ordered a carne asada burrito. I asked for no salsa fresca. I get home & guess what is on my burrito? I hate raw onions & cilantro! I tried to scrape off as much as I could but it was disgusting and I didn't want to drive all the way back. The cook was too busy watching the Charger game then doing his job. Not returning.

I came here while waiting for an oil change a few months ago (which reminds me I need another one) and since then, I've dubbed this place "the spot" for delicious cheap Mexican food. I'm hooked on their .99 cent mini grilled chicken tacos and I might regret saying this but.... They're better than Tacos el Gordo!!!!! Yes I said it and this taco shop deserves that kind of credit! Blasphemy?? Maybe... If you're a virgin to Mi Casita. They have the same selection plus carnitas and grilled chicken, are heavily loaded without the huge lines, chaos and insane price. Also the people that work here are extremely friendly which is a major plus plus plus on my end. So if you're ever in the neighborhood you should check this place out. I'm sure you'll be back within the week.
