Mexico City Taqueria

We love going to Mexico City Taqueria. For her persuasive essay in first grade, my daughter chose to write about why Mexico City Taqueria is the best restaurant.I'm posting this review on behalf of my first grader. Note that she simply calls the restaurant "Mexico" because she doesn't know the full name."In my opinion Mexico is the best restaurant. One reason I like Mexico is that there is funny skeletons in the entrance. It is funny. Another reason I like Mexico is because it is fun to wait. You can play iSpy or a card game. Also, I like their cheese quesadilla. For example the cheese quesadilla is cheesy. Now you know why Mexico is the best. Do you want to go?"We love going here. The food is great and atmosphere happy and colorful. And they are always kind to my kids. Thank you for many great evenings.

The servers were nice but they closed at 9 pm despite the posted closing of 9:30 pm. Not sure if it was because we were the only folks seated in the restaurant at 8:30 pm? If it's a standard change they should change their stated hours.This ruined our evening, as we'd each driven 30 minutes to meet there specifically so we'd have an hour together for dinner on a Sunday. So...we didn't order dinner and just got a single drink to split and a single order of guacamole. A missed opportunity for us and them. Our bill was like $25 and we usually drop over $100.The guacamole was heavy on the raw onion. I wouldn't order it again, personally.The atmosphere was festive-nicely decorated.

The food here is always very fresh, deliciously authentic, generously sized portions and always a quick pick-up!

The best Mexican food around and the ambience of the restaurant is very cool with a day of the dead theme that my kids love!

Probably the coolest Mexican restaurant above the boarder I've ever been to. The atmosphere was truly incredible. The drinks were enormous and the food was delicious. My guest & I gormandize on very tasty appetizers & truly unique tacos. We both were very happy with our meals. Kudos to the owners and their cooks. Carnitas Burrito /mole sauce very tasty (would suggest reducing the sugar to make more bitter spicy chocolate stand out). Fish Tacos- best presentation & taste I ever had. Flautas- I believe this was the taco containing beef tongue-truly the best tounge I ever had. Don't change a thing! Now one of my all time favorite restaurants!!EHM

We ordered delivery on a Friday evening. Food was delivered QUICKLY by DoorDash. We had carnitas burritos, rice beans and homemade salsa. Interesting spices in the carnitas. Different from what I'm used to, but the meat was tender and enjoyable. So delicious food and exceptionally quick service. Sorry no pictures. We ate everything!

Very nice place, food was great, the service could be better but it's fine, nice atmosphere.

Great fresh food! Very nice people. Would highly recommend, wish I lived closer! Had triple enchiladas with black beans and rice.

A++ , the enchiladas with ground beef are to die for. Great, friendly service. I would highly recommend

Not that good. Small, There are other Mexican-Tex mex restaurants that are better. I would go to others before going back to this establishment.
