I was really looking forward to supporting their food truck. They came to our our condo community and we will frequently try something new. I read the reviews here and decided to give it a shot anyway.I also don't particularly like giving negative reviews. This truck unfortunately won't get my repeat business.I ordered a pork & chicken pupusa and ... the protein portion was minuscule. I couldn't even tell the difference between the two. 90% was the cornmeal. Seriously.I opened up the flatbread and there were tiny pieces of meat & cheese. I dumped most of it in the trash. The red sauce was watery. Not for me.There is a positive... the slaw was good & the men taking orders were delightful. Too bad :(

Zpotes food truck stopped by Estrella Mountain Ranch for the monthly food truck night, our first time trying Salvadoran food, so we tried their famous pupusas. A few steak and cheese pupusas with a side of hot sauce hit the spot. Tasty, and pretty similar to a carne asada quesadilla, but instead with something similar to Navajo fry bread in place of tortilla. Very friendly customer service and fair prices make this a food truck worth checking out!

Ordered the Salvadoran Plate from food truck last night. $15 for two pupusas and a couple tiny side samples of slaw and bean juice. The pupusas were good and freshly made. Very little chicken and pork in mine. 90% corn flour with a little cheese and meat to accent flavor. The platter overall was overpriced for quantity and overall quality. The Cole Slaw/Curtido was a bit rough and was a very small portion. The red/black bean tiny side portion plastic cup didn't have a single bean in the sample cup. Not kidding, was all bean juice. Both side dishes came in tiny portion cups you'd typically get a side condiment in. Not fair to call them side dishes. More like samples. The salsa was a very mild tasting watered down salsa with little flavor. $7 would've been a fair price for quality and quantity.

Best Papusas! We had them come out to our neighborhood for a food truck night and they were a huge hit. Very reasonably priced.
