Saw this food delivery service on Fox 10. Wanted to support local farmers during hard economic times. Emailed to make sure they delivered to my address which they confirmed they did. Placed an order. Got an email letting me know the date and delivery time window (Friday 12-4pm). 30 mins past the four hour delivery window I got a call stating they were out of a meat I ordered and would a replacement option be okay. I confirmed I was okay with the replacement and asked when the order would arrive as it was already past my delivery window timeframe. I was told my order was being processed and should be out for shipping soon. By 7:30pm no sign of my order. Called the number who called me earlier and was told orders are out for delivery. I asked for a possible time frame and was told "well I'm in your area so other drivers should be here too. It shouldn't take long." 10pm still no delivery and no one was answering the phone at this hour. The website had a messaging option with "immediate reply" back. Sent a message and an email. Still no answer on Saturday and no signs of my delivery. Put in a dispute with my credit card company and re-emailed Your Farm Foods letting them know. Sunday morning I received a call asking how my delivery went. I told the gal terrible as I never received my order. Her response was oh I think I'm following up on the wrong order. Definitely not what I wanted to hear. I told her about my experience and was met with a ton of lame excuses. Still no mention of where my order was. She asked me if I wanted to place a new order. I couldn't help but laugh and told her I wanted my money back. Thankfully I was refunded my money promptly. Later a Sunday afternoon I received an email stating my order had been cancelled. This tells me my order probably was never filled to begin with. Cool concept but underdeveloped. If I was a farmer I would be pissed this is how the business operates. Consumers beware of poor customer service and potential lack of delivery.
