Xing Fu Tang

Clean place with comfy seating, a nice stop for a bike ride! While I often feel like $7 is a lot for boba, I thought this was worth it. We ordered the brown sugar boba milk, gone in minutes. I enjoyed watching them scoop freshly made boba onto the sides of the cup and then torch the cream on top. The strawberry matcha bingsoo was also so aesthetic and not too sweet.

Tried the strawberry bingsu and it was such a nice light and airy icy dessert. It was delicous but yet a little pricey. Service was a little slow but the worker was nice. Had to ring the bell for service. The main big strawberry on top was still green on the top (still a little ripe). It was hidden in being place in the dessert like so. I'm glad I gave it a try but I don't know if I would come back. Just kinda expensive to me.

A cute spot to go for boba. I noticed a few items on the menu were either missing or out of stock, which was disappointing. After reading other reviews, it seems like this is a common issue, so hopefully they can address it in the future. I decided to try the dalgona boba, which comes with whipped coffee on top. It was good, but the real star was the boba itself. They mentioned that they make their boba fresh daily, and you can even see the boba machine when you walk in. When I got my drink, the boba at the bottom was warm, creating a comforting contrast with the cold drink. Once I mixed it, the boba had the perfect texture--soft, chewy, and exactly what you'd expect from fresh boba. I'm already thinking about when I can make the drive to come back. I'm giving it four stars because of the out-of-stock options, but the quality of the boba alone makes it worth a visit.

I have never had bubble tea before. I had the brown sugar boba milk drink. The drink wasn't bad but at the same time I didn't like it. There was something about the thick texture and room temperature of the balls that you slurp up. Im giving 4 stars because I can tell it is a good product it just wasn't for me. Service was good and the place was clean.

Pro-tip: They have a cute Chinese fortune telling activity near the register. Not sure if they are still honoring discounts for dining at Mensho since there wasn't any signage. Highlights: Cute aesthetic and like the fortune telling. Lowlights: Over half the items on the menu were out of stock, which for a boba place, seems weird. Boba wasn't that soft or chewy.

If you're in line next door at Mensho and have your waitlist confirmation, show them the text to receive a discount. I've had Xing Fu Tang before in LA. They are known for their brown sugar boba. I'm not a boba person but I really enjoyed the brown sugar boba and you see them make it fresh in front of you as they stir in the big skillet-wok pan.I can't say the same for this location. My experience in AZ was not the same as LA. First of all, the skillet-wok pan was on the counter covered up and no one was mixing and stirring. Second, the boba texture was hard and chewy. Not bouncy soft chewy but tough chewy. The sign does say fresh boba daily. It was probably pre made earlier. I was disappointed. As far as taste, I really appreciate the option of ordering the nondairy version.

Been here a few times and I've got to say this is a pretty solid spot for decent boba and fruit teas in the area. So far out of all the beverages I've tried, I would say my two favorites would have to be the nondairy brown sugar milk tea and the seasonal passion fruit refresher with lychee jelly. I love most things passion fruit so whenever I see there's anything passion fruit flavored on the menu, I've got to try it! The refresher had a nice balance between sweet and sour, neither one overpowering the other. I've yet to try any of the bingsu as they do take a bit of time to make, but hopefully one day soon! The pros: Staff have always been friendly and helpful on every visit.Lots of indoor seating options for you and your friends to sit and hang out.Comfortably inviting and elevated interior design for a boba shop. Even though they can be very busy, they always maintain cleanliness.The cons:Whenever I've visited, they're always out of certain items on the menu.The quality of the boba is not always consistent. On some visits, the boba tasted a bit burnt.

Xing Fu Tang has magic in their boba. It's a phenomenonal, warm, chewy, tasty ball of tapioca that's unlike other boba shops. The Brown Sugar Coffee is my order if it's early enough in the day. Otherwise, can't really go wrong with a milk drink. Fruit tea not my favorite. Interior is very cute!! It's a nice aesthetic with a couple chairs to lounge in while you wait. They are often out of some items, unfortunately... that should be addressed. This is one of my top five boba chains, will be definitely coming back!

Yesterday was our first time here and we we happened to have stopped by during their BTS event.Everything was decked out with pictures of the singers and there was a few vendors selling cute trinkets. The workers greeted us as we walked in and we stood in line for a drink. I ordered the #1- Signature brown sugar boba and my sister had one of the refresher fruit drinks.The signature brown sugar boba is a must and I can tell why it is their popular drink. ITS SO GOOD. Its creamy, the right amount of sweetness, and a perfect dessert drink. I cant wait to be back for more!

I frequent this place often. Great way to get some good refreshments as we wait in line for the popular place next door. Usually somewhat busy when we go, so there's a bit of a wait for our drinks. Plenty of choices, but my favorites are the strawberry boba milk and the kumquat tea. If they have Lina's macarons in stock, do yourself a favor and grab some! You can also get your fortune on the back wall.
