We had such an amazing time at The World of Illumination at Devil's Stadium! This is a must-visit for families, especially during the holiday season. The kids were absolutely thrilled! We had two families ride together in the bed of my truck, and it made the experience even more fun - the perfect way to enjoy the lights and music. The light displays were incredible - so vibrant, detailed, and perfectly synced to the holiday music. It really put us all in the festive spirit. The kids were singing along, and even the adults couldn't help but smile the entire time. The only downside is that it can get a little pricey if you opt for the extras like the 3D glasses and thunder sticks, but they do add an extra layer of fun. If you're okay splurging a bit, it's worth it for the full experience. This will definitely become a new family tradition for us. We're already looking forward to coming back next year! Highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area.

This year is the second time I have been to this world of illumination location in the last three years. It is cute and the synchronization with the music is fun but it is not as robust as some other drive-through light experiences I have been to. This event has sequences of characters that are all the same in each row and is a little bit redundant/boring. The experience goes quickly even when driving extremely slow. As others have noted, the cost is quite steep for what you get.

My family does this every year and we always look forward to it. We cram in the back of my dad's truck bed and enjoy the lights. The kids really love the music and the lights and so do i!

Not going to lie, this place is way overpriced. It takes about 15 minutes to drive through the whole place and it's $40-50 per ticket! In this economy, that's like the equivalent of a steak dinner. My advice- make the light display better or drastically lower your prices! Nobody will be coming back until then!

This is a very cool, and fun experience for the little ones, but way overpriced for what you get. It is a fairly short route and lacks diversity in its lights. Really should be about half the price. Probably worth doing once but not sure I'll be back.

After last year's (2021/22) let down one of the founders of World of Illumination reached out to me to see if my family & I would give them another shot. So my family & I decided to give these guys another shot this year (last year was a disaster & a waste of money, but the years before we're great.) They hooked us up with a pass to get in plus 3D paper glasses for our kids (just made candy cane illusions around white lights, which our kids thought was cool.) To be honest this year was their best year yet & I think this is our 4th or 5th year attending World of Illumination (I'm not just saying that because they invited me back either.) After they invited us to come back & us liking it so much we purchased another pass to come again before New Years. Both nights we went were awesome & consistent with what we remember from years earlier. The songs that we played were Christmas & Holiday themed (unlike last year's random mix.) Their lights were in sync with the music (my wife, 3 kids & I all loved.) There were alot more Christmas themed displays (the candy/ice cream displays were kinda random for Christmas but I guess the theme is Candy Rush after all (but still more Christmas'y than last year.) The drive thru tunnels were waaaaay better this year & pretty impressive (that must have taken forever to get just right.)Thanks so much for stepping it up & correcting all the problems you guys had in 2021. Like I said we came 2 times this year like we usually do. Hopefully you will bring the animal themed light display you did in Glendale to Tempe next year, our kids would love it (we didn't have time to drive out to Glendale to see it this year.) My only complaint this year is that there was a 5-10 second break in-between each song where there was no music & all the lights were turned off. That happend to us during the exit tunnel (the coolest part) so like 1/3rd of the tunnel was dark with no music one of the nights we went.

We visited World of Illumination at Diablo, this weekend and were really disappointed. The Christmas lights didn't have a traditional holiday feel and seemed more like a cheap, flashy Vegas display. It definitely wasn't worth the money. You'd have a better experience driving through local neighborhoods to see more authentic and festive Christmas lights. Save your money!

Boy, the reviews are harsh. We've done this for 5 years. The music was more upbeat than last year, love that! It's a bit pricey but we take eight kids, so kind of a deal, it's short but you can't hold kid's attention forever. Great Christmas tradition

If there was a rating for zero stars, I would have chosen it. While the show itself is always very good, getting in to see the show is another thing entirely.I have had passes to the light shows since they started in both Glendale and Tempe. I have not yet gone to the Tempe one this year but our family attempted to go to the light show in Glendale last night. I cannot tell you how unhappy we were to see the line of vehicles at over one mile attempting to get into the show! Glendale traffic is never good but this was a line of cars that snaked their way through casino parking lots waiting to get in. It was already 8pm and we still had to travel over an hour to get home so the decision was made not to even bother with the light show. These passes are not cheap and then expecting people to wait in line over 2 hours just to see a light show is uncalled for. I am now not planning on going to the Tempe one either since I am sure we are going to see the same line of traffic. I thought that only so many car passes were sold to prohibit this type of back up but I guess this part of the program is not important as is collecting those dollars. As I have said, we have enjoyed the shows in the past but as of right now, this is our last year purchasing tickets for these shows. Constance I Draper

THIS WAS INCREDIBLE!!! Such a perfect and festive way to enjoy the lights and season! My man and I didn't plan on coming but we stumbled upon it and decided to see why it was so popular! WE SEE WHY! It was so nice having the station connected to the car and being able to actually enjoy the lights without having to be rushed! Highly suggest!
