Wingstop

I've been ordering wings here for the past two years. I usually order for pickup as the dining area is unkempt and the service sucks (as described by numerous reviews on Yelp and Google).The wings are good, the Spicy Korean Q sauce is my favorite! Be prepared to wait though. I've always had to wait longer than they estimated. This time they said it'll be ready in 20 min...it was ready after 50 min. I was about to walk out but remembered I prepaid. This will be my Laststop at this Wingstop.Looks like Barro's next door serves wings. There's a Buffalo Wild Wings up the street too. I usually get my wings at Venezia's on Ellsworth and Guadalupe (check website for coupons). Venezia's doesn't have Spicy Korean Q sauce, but they do keep the restaurant clean and have great customer service!

I waited an unreasonably long time for my order despite being the first customer at 11:35 a.m. on Saturday. The drink fountain was out of ice, and the lid dispenser was broken, causing my drink to splash all over my clothes. I had to ask for my food twice before anyone acknowledged me. To make matters worse, the girl working in the kitchen wasn't wearing gloves, touched the food with her bare hands, and then handled her phone from her pocket. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Would NOT recommend. Incredibly rude and slow service. All of my food came out cold, the wings I got were not even the size of a ketchup packet and not to mention the SANITARY ISSUESThe staff in the kitchen were sucking on lollipops WHILE preparing the food, someone sneezed near a food bag and didn't cover their face, and it looked like the sauce dishes were getting reused. The grime on the window was also disgusting. The cherry on top of all of this is that I ate one of my wings and there was a literal FINGERNAIL in my food. DO NOT GO HERE! (Pictures below)

Not sure if management changed, the wings had feathers on them and the staff was rude. I use to love going here but no more. The prices are out of control so I would rather eat somewhere else. The management sucks ass.

I am very surprised by all the negative reviews. I had a flawless experience here. Manager Jared helped me right away and my food was ready fast and it was a lot. I got 16 wings, bone in and boneless, corn on cob side and fries. The wings are phenomenal-plump, juicy coated with my choices of cajun, garlic parm and lemon pepper(really yummy). The fries we're also outstanding. I did takeout but the store is clean and tidy.Highly recommended for great wings.I rank San Antonio Texas based chain, Wingstop, best wings restaurant in Arizona.

Ordered online said it would be 16-20 min. 55 minutes later we got our food after calling and speaking to a manger they just said we were short staffed. Asked if there is a better way to put a better time of being that they were short staffed and basically said yes that she didn't have time. Bye. Won't be going to this location anymore

The staff are very kind and you can tell that they work hard. The two men that normally work when I go around the afternoon are very sweet and try to complete orders in a hurry. They do take a while to make my order and I always double check before I leave but they almost never forget what I order!

Horrible chicken! Worst wing stop to eat at in the valley super rude customer service and horrible not cooked right food. Absolutely disgusting this place sound be shut down!!

The manager Michelle. Is very rude & unprofessional. She decided to get loud with customers when she was asked how long the food would be. She began saying "I'm not arguing with you, bye" & walked away. Although the food was good, I waited over 45 minutes for my food. She was very rude. Giving Michills a thumbs down

Cameron was especially helpful to me and my family. He was very nice when taking my order. I would definitely recommend coming here to all my friends and family.
