When Pigs Fly On The Go

Recently wife and I attended a food truck festival. I purchased a pull pork quesadilla from When Pigs Fly. Had it hot and spicy. Now like most food trucks, prices are going to be a little pricey. However, you do get a large and full of pork quesadilla. It did have a kick, and it was very good. Hope to see them around again.

I can't speak to the Fries but the burger was great. 1/2 lb of premium ground beef cooked just the way I like it. You can tell they take pride in what they do by the fact most of their sauces and patties are all made from scratch. If you have had a burger from an expensive burger place like Zinburger then I would say this is on the same level. I liked it more and you really get a lot for the price here.

They came to my apartment building much to my joy. I love pulled pork and pretty much anything BBQ. You get your money's worth from here. I had enough pork in my sandwhich for another one. The sauce was nice and spicy. The fries weren't over seasoned like a lot of other food trucks. The only reason they get a 4 is because the pork was cold. I had to microwave it for a little bit when I got home (which was like a minute's walk away). I should technically give them a 3 for it, but I feel like if I were to get it again it won't be an issue. Also, must note, the staff was super friendly.
