Well Seasoned AZ

Service was 5 out of 10, food was a waste of money and time. We placed our order at 135, steak and eggs & chicken wings and waffles. 230 we were asked if we were okay...? I asked if He (assuming he was the manager) could check on our food. His reply was that everything is raw and cooked to order. Understandable... but a WHOLE hour and few minute wait for a tough steak, and chicken tenders versus wings! We were asked " can we remake your food?" Absolutely the hell NOT I don't have another hour to waste on my Saturday! Needless to say we wasted $45.00, DON'T believe the HYPE... definitely not worth the long drive or money. 2 out of 10**** The same gentlemen that told us that the food is raw and cooked to order.. offered to make it right on our next visit. That's super presumptuous as it should have been taken care of before we checked out!*****

Came here on MLK after seeing they were open on IG. While the oxtail tacos didn't look the best, the flavor/texture was so good! Also appreciate that they toast the tortillas a little because with the gravy they probably would've fallen apart. Vibes were cool, playing a hip hop/rap mix of music and they had the games on, hookah available, etc. I also had a Paloma that was pretty good. My boyfriend had the soul food tacos that looked and tasted great as well. Don't love how every place in Scottsdale these days does auto gratuity but it is what it is. Overall pricing also seemed a little extra considering drinks came in plastic cups. I understand plastic cups for a late night or club atmosphere but considering that wasn't the vibe today it threw me off a bit. However, we enjoyed the food and will probably be back

Location is right next door to 11:11. I like the vibes in here always some descent R&B or smooth music playing. I've had the wings here before which were exactly what the name says, Well Seasoned! Didn't even need any sauce . So it intrigued me to come back and try something new and well I tell you someone's Grandma must have treated them well as a kid because how do we get to this lovely Thanksgiving theme taco. Mac & cheese , collard greens, cat fish, hot sauce and candied yams. Best taco I've ever had, service was solid, we were seated immediately upon arrival and were given the option to sit at the booth or at the bar.

We came here on a Saturday afternoon around 1 o clock - great little lounge setting with a 70's vibe wall and bar surrounded with a rose wall - DJ playing R&B - I chose the Soul Food tacos (catfish, greens, mac and cheese inside flour tortilla with sweet potatoes but I chose one of the tacos have sweet potatoes on the side) delicious! We were served quickly! $10 mimosa pitchers too! Recommend

My girlfriends and I were visiting Phoenix and decided to give this place a go on a Thursday night. Parking in the back was easy, because it was completely dead inside. DJ was advertised but wasn't there at 830 when we arrived. The food was decent and our server was the manager on duty. What I didn't like was that hookah was NINETY US DOLLARS. I live in Houston, hookah capital and it's not that high even in a club. I think they realized we were from out of town and tried to get over on us. Not happening, we actually brought our hookah supplies with us to use at our rental house!!

Recently went again.. and wanted to update.. nothing tragic occurred but just sending an fyi. We went as a party of 3, and when the bill was higher than expected we asked to review the itemized bill, this took a while, I'm assuming because usually the total is just shown on a tablet for payment processing. When we reviewed the bill, we noticed that we were charged an 18% gratuity, for such a small party, we were surprised by the charge.

The decor was nice inside with a nice vibe small and had a DJ. The service was mid. The workers didn't really greet us or said thank you for coming our bartender was nice. We had to sit at the bar because the tables were reservation and the guy at the door said it'll be a 30 min wait. The food is was good I got the catfish dinner w/ sides. They then turned off the main lights which was odd I'm guessing to set the mood

It was a vibe for sure. It's more of like a hip hop vibe like club minus the dance floor and food. It was a little busy when we went but it was still cool not too long of a wait and we were seated immediately. It was maybe 5 or so booths so if it's packed packed it could be a little wait. The food was good not as hot as I like but not cold enough to send back....I ordered the 2 oxtail and a catfish taco both well seasoned (fish maybe a sprinkle too much but still cool). They also had hookah and games for the table definitely more of an adult experience so leave the kiddos home for this one all in all a solid 8.5 out of 10!

Service excellence, food is delicious I'm from Cali visiting my Cousin and found this place on a wing and prayer! Bomb ambiance, the games are perfect and the DJ kept the hits coming!!! We'll definitely be back

*Labor Day Brunch Review*This Sunday we decided to go to Well Seasoned for brunch and to enjoy some good vibes. The experience started a little rocky when it came to ordering our food there were several long delays before we could even place an order. At this point we started to talk to different people about the experience we were having and once I spoke with Casey or KC the manager he understood the level of disappointment. He definitely did an amazing job helping to make sure our experience at Well Seasoned was improved through the accommodations he did from the food being delicious and the drinks were just what we needed. The customer service provided by Casey and staff on Sunday was truly appreciated. We stayed even after all the delays because the effort to make things right was top tier! I would recommend Sunday Brunch at Well Seasoned to anybody who wants delicious soul food and music that curates an amazing vibe! Thank you again for the quality customer service!
