Water 'n Ice

This place is an absolute dump. Floors haven't been mopped in months and nothing's been wiped down or clean. Guy can't even give you a proper receipt. Water taste literally like tapwater filter through a dirty rag. And somehow it's pH is lower than neutral. Sitting around 5.5. You're gonna get a stomach ache from drinking his water and heartburn. I guess he hasn't changed out his filtration system in a year or two and he's having excessive sediment pass-through. You can't afford to even keep his credit card roll receipt paper in stock let alone changing out filters. Going to this place is a kin to dropping seven dollars in a glass jar outside of the front of your house and filling it up with your hose water.

This place is run down and the owner is rude & argumentative. Not only to me but to other people I've talk to about this place as well. He price gouges. It doesn't make sense. I get alkaline water at two other places in the valley. He's double the price. I will not be going back.

I'm tired of some of these businesses in this strip mall thinking they can control specific parking. I get wanting to keep parking spot directly in front of your business available to your customers but you do not have the right to go into another person's business and a cost a customer because they parked in front of your spot. Today I observed the owner of water and ice, bully a customer at another business telling them he was going to have their car towed. You will not do that in front of me. I will call you out 100% of the time. You met someone who knows their rights and refuses to be afraid of your bullying. or bow to your bullying. I will be contacting the owner/owners of this strip mall and reporting your behavior.

We've been coming here for the past 7 years and highly recommend it for quality water and service. This location has been owner operated for almost 30yrs and he really cares about the quality of his water. The store is always nice and clean. It's located inside a busy strip mall but the owner thoughtfully reserves parking right out front for easy loading. Which is great especially when you're filling multiple 5 gallon bottles at a time.Best part is there's rarely a wait. He's always helping people fill up their bottles so things move smoothly and quickly.

Great Service, Love the Water and the Alkaline option is a great value. Water tastes great after a nice cold scoop of Ice Cream. - Longtime Customer

Man yelled at me for not filling the water up properly and then couldn't even help me carry them when he could very clearly see how much pain I was in. I had to pay someone to help me load the bottles. What an ass

This place is discussing. Bough 3 shaved ice and the syrup is definitely expired. Nastiest thing I've ever tasted and the owner did not care at all. DO NOT GO HERE OR TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE

My fiancé and I love this spot! We are there almost every few weeks to fill our water jug and we absolutely love the water. Such high quality and the owner is kind, personable and has remained in business in Scottsdale for over 25 years! We love supporting this locally owned business. Is it the Taj Mahal? No. But it's special, unique, and the owner is kind and that's the type of community we love to support. And the water is incredible!

This Water 'n Ice store is the Best ! I've been coming to this location for 7 years every month. The store is always clean and the rolling cart makes it so easy to move full water bottles to my car parked in reserve spaces up front. The owner is always friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this location

The service is great, the owner is such a nice guy, and goes out of his way to be helpful. I've been going there for over 20 years, and I would give him 6 stars if I could !!
