I love how they have little candies you can buy like they used to sell in the old fashion candy stores. I love how they carry yummy old fashion ice cream and I love how they make homemade snowcones for you with a ton of different flavors. Very friendly and great customer service.

I purchased 22 gallons of refill water here since I happened to be in the area for a doctor's appointment. My first sip of the water when I arrived home, I almost spit it out, it tasted like chlorine bleach. I do not use anything other than plain water to clean my bottles, so I know this is a water quality issue. So now I'm dumping out 22 gallons of water. Save your money and your health and go elsewhere.

Walked in last weekend to buy a water crock and a new 5 gallon jug. Had to ask for a receipt when the kid working the register rang me up. This should have been my first clue to void the sale and go elsewhere, but I've been going to this location for several years now. You can't always expect great service, right?Brought the crock home, put the jug on top, and it started leaking within seconds. I cleaned out the crock and brought it with my receipt two days later the same location. When I brought it in the store the same kid who rang me up originally must've taken twice his normal dose because he shot off at the mouth before I could open mine. "Sorry, no refunds."Let's pretend for a second that its a good practice for a business owner to make their kids run the place. Here's a pro-tip, teach them how to act like adults. I didn't want a refund of my money, I just wanted a damn crock that didn't leak. This kid acted like such a pompous snot that I immediately changed my mind and said I wanted a full refund. To which the kid responded, "Sorry, no refunds," then he jerked his thumb towards a folded piece of paper tacked up on the wall behind him that indicated as such. Sure enough, that paper said no refunds, all sales final. I asked him how long the sign had been up and he said they just put it up. I grilled him if the sign was up when I bought the crock a few days earlier and he said, "Well, its always been our policy."I left my contact info and walked out. The owner called me two days later and said as a COURTESY they would swap out my DEFECTIVE crock for a FUNCTIONAL one. Then she gave me her monologue about how they're going to lose money because she can't sell the DEFECTIVE crock to anyone else because I had used it. I told her that if the reputation of her business was worth losing over 21.95 (retail price, the crap probably cost her five bucks wholesale, if that) that we had no further business to discuss. She struck me as the type of gal who would be more useful pounding sand with her forehead than running a business.I'm turning the jug and crock into a gold fish haven and you can bet I'll never set foot again in that store. Its cheaper to go across the street and use the water dispensers at Basha's and they taste exactly the same.

First of all my closet is bigger!! You go in turn around and you're out!! Since I had to come here, I was going to get some candy....they had my childhood favorite....Sixlets!!!! As i start picking up different candies to see which of the lame selection I would choose, the kid at the register (who should have been in school at the time) starts ringing up everything I pick up. Really!!!! I found this rude...and annoying!!! Oh, and he didn't even know the right prices. I will not be back!!!!

I bought a 3 gallon container with a little nozzle for my desk. When they sold it to my they said it was rare that the nozzle leaked but to tighten it if it did and it should be okay. She tightened it and filled it with water. I got home and left it on the counter. I later realized that it was leaking a lot so I tilted it in the other direction only for it to leak too. So I emptied the remaining water and took it back the very next day. They called their supervisor Lauren and asked if they could exchange it. She said that all they could do was to try and tighten it for but they would not exchange it for one that didn't have a nozzle. I paid 15 dollars for this water container and it didn't function properly. I will never come back here and urge everyone not to purchase any water containers here. This is not a way to treat customers. I could understand if I had it for an extended period of time but it literally didn't do what it was supposed to do.

The people working were very nice and helpful, they helped me bring my bottles outside and they put them in my car for me. It was some of the best customer service i have had in a water n ice. The store was also very clean unlike some of the other locations i have been to. I will definitely continue coming to this location.
