Water 'n Ice

I have been a frequent customer for over twenty years, even when I loved to Gilbert for a year in an apartment when I first moved out of my parent's house. So glad that I bought my house 14 years ago, and I am only about 1.1 miles from this location. Chris and her husband are so friendly! Amazing to see her remember many customers by name, and always share a little conversation when we stop by. The water is the best tasting around the area in my opinion and is a great price at only $.25/gallon. I've heard they have great thrifty ice cream and treats, but I've never tried personally. The store may be older, but has been maintained for a clean atmosphere. You can tell they take pride in their business and I can't recommend them enough!

The service was very poor here, because they sit and watch everyone filling their containers, but instead of cleaning and working in the store they eyeball everyone and complain to customers if they fill their containers to the top. Those at the store are old and complain incessently to customers accusing eeveryone of overfilling their containers - very, very rude and inconsiderate. They say you should NOT fill up the containers, because they have to pay extra if they rund more than the gallon people pay. It is sort of sad to see people constantly complaining and scolding people for filling their own containers. Why don't they fill the containers themselves? The shop could be kept cleaner and better organized if they are providing a good service and assisting the customers.

Great service , family owned and operated . We refill our alkaline water here and get a shave ice while we're here. The owners are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful .

They are good people. Friendly and helpful. I actually enjoy getting water now because of the comradery here. While other water stores are raising their prices to .30 cents a gallon, theirs is still .25 cents a gallon. Go check them out.

I love this place. I assume the 2 People that I see there most often are the owners, and they are so sweet. They have Thrifty Ice Cream! Shaved ice is my favorite.

Just moved to Apache Junction in March. I will always fill up my water at this location. I feel like I am with family here.
