I had to stop by Water Mart for some Thrifty ice cream and also had to introduce my friend to Thrifty! So glad we did! Don is wonderful and friendly. Double scoop always for me and one scoop for the newbie!! Thrifty was a staple growing up. It is and always will be delicious!! Thank you Don!

We decided to try this place because our regular place has only ONE Alkaline spigots! This place is amazing with 5!!!So glad the owner Don is on the ball with keeping things clean/QC and telling customers how to fill bottles without touching/contaminating with each refill. He sells thrifty ice cream by the box, planter pots, hot sauce, candles, miscellaneous,etc for a deal! We shall return!

I can only comment on the ice cream and customer service but... This place was AWFUL! Other than it being in a great location there was zero upside! I never thought I could be upset about a place that has ice cream! The lady that helped us (I'm assuming the owner or related to the owner) was so rude to me and my kids. We stopped for a quick ice cream as a reward for my son doing a good job at his doctor appt but it felt more like torture. I know this is a place for water and ice, but the place is so small that I was constantly pulling my kids out of the way. It was a madhouse! They don't do samples (no big deal), but she was so annoyed that we couldn't decide. They won't let you get a cone and put it in the bowl without charging for both. When I got the ice cream it actually tasted a little sour like spoiled milk. We also got a cartoon of ice cream from the freezer and it also tasted a little "off." Luckily we don't live close by because we won't be back.

Love this place! The water is excellent, the customer service is friendly and helpful, and the Thrifty ice cream is delicious! I have no problem driving 20 minutes one way to get my water refilled, treat myself to some Thrifty Coconut-Pineapple ice cream or some homemade & delicious truffles to support this wonderful Mom & Pop shop!

Great prices and top-notch water! I relocated to this neighborhood a couple of years back and found this spot where I can easily purchase water at any time, day or night. The service here is much appreciated, along with the exceptional quality of the water they offer.

I'm reading these 1 and 2 star reviews and thinking - they reviewed the wrong store or maybe a jealous competitor? I dunno, but the water is great, they have regular RO, alkaline and de-ionized for your CPAP machine. Prices are very reasonable. They have ice cubes, pucks, possibly solid bricks as well.. Good ice cream selection and really a pretty good store. Carts to roll your jugs out to the car. Their 24/7 dispensers in front always seem to work.. I've never had any customer service issues.What more do you want?

First time at Hansen's Water Mart. I brought in my empty water containers, explained I was a first timer and asked for help filling up with super clean Alkaline water. I believe it was Mr. Hansen who showed me exactly what to do and gave me a cart to transport the heavy containers outside the store. Once outside he showed me that I needed to back up my vehicle to put them in, which was very easy, compared to carrying them across the parking lot.As I was leaving, he gave me a free bottle of almost frozen alkaline water for my ride home.Great guy! Great experience! Super affordable! I will be back soon and cannot express properly how great this place is for so much more than the best water. Ice cream for sure on my next visit!RG

I LOVE this place!!! Water is the BEST in town!! I always have good banter with the staff, they are always quite clever and sharp :), not your typical dummies behind the counter. I also love the Thrifty options, don't indulge too often but love the fact that they have the Malted Crunch, YUM!!

There is no issue with the products here. Unfortunately, the owner is grumpy and condescending. Not a place I will frequent again as the poor customer service makes it an unenjoyable experience.

terrible customer treatment, very unprofessional. prices are not good. Never had such a bad experience just trying to get water.
