Water and Ice

great price and most importantly, they got 5 stars for the cleanliness, humble nice owner. it's my 3rd trip here and the owner is always cleaning, provide sanitizer/wipes/lysol/gloves if i want to use it. that's what make me want to support this local store (local franchise owner) as he demonstrated that he cares about his stores and customers. then today, i witnessed him being kind. someone walking into the store wanted to "buy" ice water, she said she needs a cup for ice and said she'll pay for the biggest cup, he kindly filled up the cup with ice and gave it to her to fill up with water and didn't want payment. lately, it's seldom to see genuine kind people, so i was impressed and decided to give him a shout out on yelp.

Store hours on door say they are open 9am-7pm. Sat outside until 10am waiting for them to open and still didn't open so had to go to another location. Why ask the community to support our local small businesses when they don't support the community?

Buyer beware- This store sells repaired water bottles. Looks like tape around the nozzle that leaks. She says no exchanges or refunds and quick to call a customer a liar. Don't go to this store.

Walk in get your water filled up, get shaved ice or ice cream and snacks for a decent price. Staff has helped me carry my jugs out as well.

The Water and Ice sold me a water bottle 2 gallon that leaked inside my refrigerator and I explained to the store counter person who was not helpful, he refused to replace or refund my money or give me new bottle. I am disputing this fileing complaint with BBB it was less A MONTH AGO I bought this .not fair I know that. Not good business.
