Water and Ice Chandler - Water Plus

I like to come to these stores for my water because I can get a thrifty ice cream cone. The ice cream is not as good as it was back when Thrifty drugs were open in the valley but it's still a nice treat. I can come in and start my jugs filling and then stop at the counter to pay and to get my ice cream. I only give 4 Stars because these places always seem to be a little run down but at least they seem clean.

Like this place! Nice people and good water! Kinda close to home.. wish it was closer. :)

The establishment is nice and clean. The ice cream part of it looks great. The water part of decent. My only issue is the price of the water. I understand it is a business but it's also Arizona. I don't think that any place should be able to charge more than $0.25, they charge $.35 per gallon refill. I'm also just realizing that I got super over charged. I filled up 3 5 gallons and I should've been charged $5.25 but was charged $10 something. I didn't think twice about it until I'm writing this and remembering my receipt. I had started with 4 stars but changed it to 1.

LOVE the new owners!! Super genuine and so sweet! Will continue to come here on my breaks/lunch while at work! Best ice cream and great prices!

I love Water and Ice for their smoothies! Tahitian breeze is my personal favorite. It's also a major plus and keeps loyal customers as the owner here is so pleasant. Many times I've seen her working by herself hopping back and forth from scooping ice cream to blending smoothies and ringing guests up for water.. running the whole show and she does this all while wearing a smile! They sell Thrifty ice cream by the scoop or pre-packaged half gallons. They are a little more pricier than a carton of Dreyer's from the Fry's across the street; however, it's definitely worth it for the for special flavors. My family's favorite is the pineapple coconut. So good! You can't find Thrifty's at too many places.

Very rude woman at the register tried to charge me for 10 gallons of water when I clearly had one 5 gallon jug!!Didn't get her name but she was Caucasian, short and a bit overweight.When I asked her why she was overcharging me she became rude and said I did not "realize"?How many other people has she overcharged and not realized ?If you stop here use cash and make sure you verify what they're charging you for! Very shady!!

Being in the location it was we thought it was a quality spot, well the place was very dirty, understaffed, it was very hot so I went ahead and filled my gallons anyway with what was supposed to ve Alkaline water. Well the water tastes like wet Pennies. I went on a run this morning and took a giant sip, might as well should have drank the duck swamp water where I was at. I thought might be my taste buds. My son and husband came home and drank a glass of water each and complained about it tasting like rusty sink water. Never buying water here ever again. I just have it to my chickens.

I come here for their alkaline water. They also have thrifty ice cream and shaved ice!

Owners r great, however the hired help on Friday was not someone that should be left to run the store. Waffle cone was served with a big scoop on top but nothing in the cone. When I asked if she could redo it to make the ice cream in the cone, she literally reached over the counter and tried to shove the ice cream into the cone with her "gloved" hand, when the cone started to crumble, I said yeah that's not gonna work and her response was "this is the best I can do". I than asked for a cup to flip my top heavy cone into, i proceeded to beak apart my cone to than use a spoon to eat it. Its not rocket science to scoop ice cream, but that to use your hand to cram the ice into the cone

very good. walking leaf with limbs and a mouth with eyes started to walk towards me. very strange interaction. i also saw a Fire outside and it was doing the same thing as leaf. I'm not sure why they both had eyes and limbs. but for real, this is a great company, staff are very nice and the things on the menu were good. 10/10 would go again.
