Water and Ice

I love this place. When my family first moved to Arizona, my sister and I went here all the time to get shaved ice. They have a huge variety of flavors and they always make it right.Water and Ice is owned by lovely people who are always kind and helpful, and great to talk to. Their store has a huge selection of candy, snacks, drinks, frozen treats, etc. Everything is always fresh. Their prices are fair and it always feels good to help out a family rather than go shopping next door at albertson's.Water and Ice is a great place to go for a sundae or shaved ice on those hot, Arizona days!

yea heard this place is really bad with service, the guy has an attitude all the time like he has a stick up you know where. walked in there one time and he just gave me problems for coming into the place, like dude why are you a business and you cant even be a respectful person?

Somewhat cool place. Reminds me of a gas station. They have fresh water with gallon jugs to fill up, fresh ice, and typical convenience store items such as candy bars and chips. In addition, they have shaved ice with lots of different syrups along with ice cream. I got the Cherry Chip Ice Cream, it was okay. Their Ice Cream isn't house-made, it's Blue Bunny and Thrift Brand. Place was clean and service was nice enough.

We used to live near this location and thought we would take a drive to get some ice cream. When walking in I could tell the store must have changed hands. The store felt warm. Warmer than it should be for an ice cream place. They have a good selection of flavors. There is a cooler in front of the ice cream cooler so it was difficult to see all of the flavors. We all ordered our scoops and they are small scoops. So in total, 8 small scoops totaled $24. I had two different flavors and I had finished the flavor on top and I got to the bottom flavor and it had a chemical taste to it. I tried it in different spots but still chemical flavor. I mentioned it to the lady and she said I have to buy another flavor. I told her it didn't taste right and she insisted I should have gotten another flavor. I sat my cup on the counter and started to walk out. She finally said she would give me another flavor, and she did. I thought we had spent way more than enough money there that she would at least accommodate for a change. They do not offer sampling. What you get is what you get. I would mention that the place does need a good cleaning and the ice cream does taste freezer burnt.

$0.25 cents a gallon for great tasting water. We love this place! We are long time water and ice customers and just moved from near the other location. Great place for Thrifty ice cream at a great price, and other treats for my kiddos (and me)

I got the card where you pre pay for your water and it's super convenient, all you do is walk in and tell the your name of the card and get your water and walk out!

I have been a customer here for over 15+ years and have never had such bad service at any other water dispensary. The owner and his wife are incredibly rude and condescending to anyone they deem as a bad customer (kids and black people) it is honestly disgusting how they treat people and then turn around to talk poorly about them when they have left the store. Tonight, I spilled less than a pint of water while I was watching out for some incoming customers and the owner was incredibly rude telling me I was "Wasting water" I told him to put a half gallon on my bill and he refused said he "didn't want to argue" but was causing a huge scene about the miniscule loss of water. I will not be returning here, WORST SERVICE EVER.

Great selection is just part of it. The service is the other part. They are awesome very patient and kind. Kids say they have delicious treats enough said.

2 weeks ago I stopped by to fill up my water bottles . Never had an issue before . But this Rude owner argued his point about something so minor it confused me how he could be so angry just bc I didn't agree with him. Bad day ? Maybe . I've never been an advocate of "the customer is always right". But I am allowed to have an opinion without being bullied.
