This is a "Midwest" style meat shop, so there's a lot of stuff I've never seen or heard of before. It's a bit of an adventure! There are ready to bake sides, along with a small deli area with things like potato salad, pea salad, etc, as well as house made jerky. The meat selection is really good. I've only purchased filet here but it's always great!They also have a big selection of pickles, sauces, frozen items, and even local beer.

I was in the area and stopped in today. I'm always in the look out for Braunschweiger for my husband. I didn't have any luck on that front today. But left with a huge piece of garlic jerky, two different types of brats, a summer sausage and a jalapeño breakfast sausage. My hubby is going to be so happy! I was impressed by their huge selection. The steaks looked amazing, and I'll be back for those! What a fun find. I'm excited to try the brats and sausages.

I love this place! They have a great selection of meats, and their brat and sausage selection is crazy. Something for any occasion. But my favorite thing is the amount of dog products they have. Its my dog's adoption anniversary so i came here and was not disappointed. I got a couple reasonably priced dog safe cupcakes and sausage treats. And i make my own dog food and they have cheap ground beef specifically for dog food. And the smoked bones and chicken feet are great for larger dogs. The service is always quick and friendly, and they're super knowledgeable. Love this place!

What a find! Their selection is incredible. We bought a bunch of stuff for us but mostly went for their dog food for our puppy. She loved it! The service was incredible as well. Pam was so sweet and stopped us to give our girl some love and said she can't wait to see more of her. Can't wait to take her back for more food! Every time I visit the area, I make a point to swing by this establishment. The selection of sausage, cuts of meat, and selection of spirits is truly a unique experience. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about their products, and can help you with tips on preparing your purchase. Layout of the store is great, with everything organized and easy to find. They have a customer for life!

OMG purchased a seasoned 11lbs bone out prime rib and it was the most flipping incredible prime rib I've ever had...Merry Christmas

The best steaks ever are from this butcher shop. I'm not kidding. The cowboy steaks are 6 inches thick. Prime rib is aged perfectly and is soo tender. This team of people really know what they're doing and most importantly they are committed to making sure that they win you back over and over again. Never too busy and no order is too large or too small.

I've taken my wild game to them to process a couple times, and the quality of product is top notch! Clean establishment and and friendly staff are a bonus!

This shop is very special to me. I've been a customer here for over a year. I'm vegetarian, and I can't tell you how much I've dropped here haha. It was all for my girl, my soul dog. And I would do it all again if I could. I'd made the switch to a home cooked diet for her, and getting to cook for her was one of my most special experiences in all of my life. Getting to shop for her, to decide what yummy meats and treats my gorgeous girl would be getting. There is so much at this wonderful shop, it's got the best selection of dog food/treats that I've found in the valley. Cooking for her with your guys' yummy food was truly the highlight of my life. I shopped for her for the last time Friday 1/31. Got her a cake, duck, and whatever else I could grab. Deep down, I just had a feeling it would be my last time. The cashier greeted me with his usual kindness and friendly aura. It's rare for a man to call me sweetheart and I don't semi-roll my eyes lol. But each time as I checked out, he would call me that with just such genuine kindness - it always made me smile. Thank you for showing me that same, dependable love and kindness that day. Your sweetness and kind eyes were needed, more than you know. I said goodbye to my sweet girl yesterday. She was your number one customer, I swear. You guys are the best. Thank you for helping me give her the best life ever.

Great porterhouse steak at a fair price. Butchers were very helpful in choosing a cut of meat. Will go back again for our grilling needs. Great selection of pet treats.
