Vitiello Primary Care

I've been coming to Ritual for 3 weeks now for the vitamin B shots. They had a special 5 for $80 & I decided to try them out. On my fourth week the front desk lady accused me of not paying & was very rude to me. Furthermore she was loud so everyone in the lobby could hear her trying to embarrass me. I explained that I paid on my initial visit & gave her the last 4 digits of my card. I then proceeded to go in my bank account to show her proof. Due to the internet connection it took me a little longer to find it but when I did I brought it up to show her. She still was rude to me & dismissive saying I gave her the wrong information.While the ladies who provide the services in the back are great I no longer feel confident going there. I won't be spending my hard earned money in a place that is discriminatory against people that don't look like them. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Joann is a very well rounded medical professional and I am so fortunate to have found such a caring practice.

I am updating my rating of Vitiello Primary Care to 5 stars because I feel they deserve it. My last couple visits have been more timely, and I know because of the great care JoAnn offers her patients, it will sometimes put her behind. The staff she has is awesome as they have worked hard to get documents filled out and sent in for a recent disability claim. I love that they are right here in Maricopa and I don't have to drive into Chandler for Primary care.
