I bought a Groupon for the IPL laser. Two days before my treatment Vibe MedSpas told me they over sold their Groupon and wouldn't honor mine. (I bought my Groupon 2 months in advance.) But they told me they would still honor my appointment at full price. (BEWARE that Groupon will not refund your money back into your account after 3 days. They just offer you a credit.) After my initial phone call, they told me Stephanie (the manager) would call me. Instead of hearing from Stephanie, I got an email from Groupon saying that my Groupon had been canceled by Vibe MedSpa. I called again, the manager Stephanie would not take any of my calls. I was hoping to use this Spa, for more than just IPL treatment, but for botox and other things. Holland, the front desk assistant, was such a great help and very understanding. I hope you have a better experience than me.

I called before I schedule my appointment to insure that everyone was wearing masks.When I arrived for my appointment, No One was wearing a mask. I sent the owner a letter explaining that their spa lied to me and assured me that they were following all required guidelines and everyone was wearing masks. This was a portion of their written response to my complaint! "Everyone in the spa has tested positive for the antibodies and we are probably the lowest risk location you could visit. The CDC guidelines and Arizona state mandate indicates masks are required only when six feet of social distancing is not possible. "If they felt confident and safe not wearing masks, they should have admitted they did not wear masks at the shop and afforded me the ability to decide if I wanted to take that risk. Lying to me did not allow me to decide if I wanted to risk going to this shop.

On Friday I had an appt for Microneedling with Stephanie and I was really excited since lots of my friends talk highly of this treatment . Stephanie explains the process each step and letting me know how it works and what's the benefits of it . I did made a video of this process and it was 12 minutes unfortunately I can't download it . In the video you'll see I don't really feel pain other than just in the forehead area I feel a little pain and Stephanie explains why it hurts in that area .So over all Stephanie really gentle with the whole process and make sure I am comfortable . I have to say I was surprise that my face didn't swollen at all and the redness only stay for few hours . Thank you Stephanie , I am happy that I found you and now I have a place to go when I am in Scottsdale

I've been a customer for a few months after winning a free IPL Facial promotion on Sonoran Live. The fact I went back, & bought a membership for extra monthly services speaks volumes about Vibe. I loved the place, Stephanie and Lindsey are both very professional , knowledgeable and friendly explaining all the new and different products and looks for a woman my age who wanted a "tune up" to feel bodacious again. I love this place. It quickly became my go to place for everything! They're super accommodating and never pushy! I still by weekly for my b12 pick-me-up shots and they're always so friendly, quick, and efficient. The whole place always looks super clean and impeccable and makes me feel comfortable.

Scheduled an appointment for a vanquish treatment and was told only after I arrived the price I had paid was incorrect and the treatment would cost me an extra $600. I had this appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance. I had taken time off of work, would have been nice if they had the decency to call me ahead of time to inform me there had been an error in the price advertised. Thanks for wasting my time.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional and provided me with an overall great experience. I highly recommend going to Vibe MedSpa.
