This place specializes in a variety of procedures and treatments. I tried six sessions of LHR. It was really effective and the sessions are much more affordable than other places in the area. With their special, I paid 125$ for 6 sessions!The estheticians are really sweet and accommodating in terms of trying to work around your schedule. Even though they are supposed to only be open till 5 Mon-fri, one of the workers stays till 530 so I can squeeze a session in after work.

I initially discovered Vi Esthetica through Groupon, after searching for a place that performs laser hair reduction. They had amazing deals and after a lot of research/price comparisons to other places in the area, I decided to go with this place. I chose it because it had the best value and because it is a med spa, meaning they perform this type of service in a provider's office, and in this case, a plastic surgeon's office. Immediately when I called to make the appointment, I was happy my choice. The office is very clean, and they have excellent customer service.When I called to make an appointment, the lady I spoke with was very helpful in answering all my questions, and she was very kind. Come day of the appointment, I was greeted and addressed immediately. I worked with April through the whole procedure, and she was very informative, helpful, and attentive. It was my first time so she walked me through every single step and gave me advanced notice for what to expect. Let me tell you- the procedure hurt more than I expected but she was able to see that and changed the settings appropriately to help me through it. I've seen good results so far and am very happy with this clinic. They offer additional services (microneedling, facials, etc) which I would like to try at a future time!

I've now been coming here for 2 years. Christine is AMAZING! Her work is fantastic and she is very knowledgable. She even noticed a small spot on my face she thought I should get checked. I went to the Dr and he confirmed it was pre-cancer. Who knows what would've happened if she didn't call it out. This is my go-to spot for my facials, hair removal etc. I've tried other pleased because they're closer to my home and always come back. She is worth the drive!

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Heinz performed a facelift on a family member and the results are very natural looking and she looks ten years younger! I have gotten Botox injections, several facials, and laser hair removal treatments and am extremely happy with the results. I recommend that you at least go in for a consult and find out for yourself why I keep going back!

I've been going to Vi Esthetica for over a year now for laser hair removal. Up until a few months ago everything has been great. I first chose to go there because of who they had doing their laser hair removal, but recently I found out, yes found out because they did not bother to call me to inform me, that their new management had fired that laser hair removal tech. So then I was supposed to get my treatments done by a new grad (no offense to her but I prefer someone who is more experienced which the other lady was). So I contacted the new tech and she said she did not have any record of the set of laser hair removal packages I had purchased... and the day I was supposed to go in she had to cancel my appointment because their machine wasn't working properly (which hasn't happened the entire time I have been going to the other lady). She then informs me she will reach out to reschedule me, which she never does. Mind you, you are supposed to go in every 4-6 weeks for laser hair removal to work effectively, and by now I am past that point. So then I contact her again and she says that she has had to resign, but once again no one bothered to call me and tell me? As a customer of over a year I would expect a business such as this to call their clients and let them know if any staff changed or any changes. Just wish the new management was a little more professional and didn't make their clients go through this whole mess.

I have been going to Vi Esthetica for about a year now for laser hair removal. Kristen is the technician that takes care of me everytime. She is warm, flexible and very kind. Vi Esthetica offers a wide range of cosmetic treatments so if you are looking for a medical spa, give them a try.

I went for the 1st time today and loved it. The spa is very clean and nicely decorated. April was very helpful and knowledgeable. I can't wait to go back for my next treatment.

Love this place! I've had a few different treatments done in the last month, and all are conducted professionally by knowledgeable and kind staff. I always feel like they have time for my questions.

Walked into the office, no front office staff present. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come out and greet me. I was given paperwork to fill out. No one was to be found to take them for me. It took 25mins to get me checked in and give my paperwork to the correct provider. The lady that initially checked me in disappeared and I had to keep ringing the bell to get anyone to come out and merely explain to me what's going on. By that time, it's had been 50mins. I was taken back to a room, no apologies offered, as if it was normal. There I was informed that Dr. Heinz had been dealing with an emergency and will not be able to see me for at least 30-40mins because he was waiting on a "phone call." It would've been courteous of him to stop in and apologize or show that he cares about his new patient. Why wasn't I informed at check-in? I spent a total of an hour to be basically sent away. Terrible communication and customer service. As a medical office manager, I expected way better service. You decide, would you waste your time going to that office?
