Valley Medical Weight Loss

Very Very inefficient! It starts efficient with the sign in process. That is suppose to speed up the process. Today i walk in there is tons of staff. But why are we waiting so long to do each process when I'm the only pt here. No matter if im the only one, or 20 people here always here an hour, plus A lot of socializing not enough people doing there job and moving this process right along. The check out is the worst. They are doing too much at front desk.check in sit in the chair. WAIT, finally get in the room to talk to the girl and get weighed, back to WAIT. Maybe see the doctor( if it's your 3 month then you see doctor) then WAIT IN CHAIR, Go to window to go over meds. Sign stuff, WAIT IN CHAIR, finally get called to check out! 1 Don't know why this can't be a faster process with 7-9 staff that I counted today. I was the only person here. We keep having to go sit down in the chairs. Sat in chair 4 times. Streamline this. Doctor I saw was the best part. But she's not in charge of the staff and their efficiency. Used to work for a med spa in Chicago. Largest in area. We had staff directing traffic. Moving one chair over until they saw the person they needed to see. Then windows then check out. Never had to sit back in chairs. Average time was 20 ish mins Entire process. Need to fix this process, of streamlining your money maker. Makes you not want to come back and find another place to go after paying this much for the meds that everyone has now. Again the doctor was the best part of this place.

Going through legal process of changing my date of birth because the year is wrong! When I went in I did not had 2 ids with me to confirm my LICENSE WAS VALID !!It's none of their business what im going through and this process is already confusing and sometimes I confused myself when I put the correct year vs what's on my ID! The reason the doctor did not wanted to see me because the year that I gave was diff vs what was in my ID. For me is like just take my ID it's not like it's not a valid piece of document and im gonna go to jail for it!! Literally DUMB!

Great customer service easy to come in, no appt needed. They have locations throughout the valley. I'm down 25 pounds in about two points. Feeling so much better! Thx VMWL!

Friends, took the plunge. I'm looking to lose about 30 pounds. I have tried everything, and needed to seek expert consultations. I was nervous. I walked in, super friendly reception. It was very quick electronic check in, all forms completed on your phone!!! They took me back to an exam room, weighed me, checked my vitals, and talked about the different program options. After that, I was seen by a medical doctor who sat with me and performed a very thorough medical history and discussed my weight loss goals, and the different options that they provide. We mutually agreed on the Weekly program, and she discussed the the treatment regimen with me. I quickly checked out, and left. I started the meds the following day, and within the first week, I lost 4 pounds. I have a huge increase in energy, my appetite is suppressed, and I have significantly increased mental clarity. I am very impressed by the medical supervision of the program. As a nurse, the intake process and medical professionalism I experienced was superior. Thank you Valley Medical for the expert first experience; I feel confident that this weekly monitoring program will provide me the accountability that I require to be successful. A+++

Staff friendly and professional. If you follow the diet you will get at your goal ! I am client since 2016 . If I noticed that I started to fail to control my weight during the maintenance period , I back straight to the clinic. Better be back at the diet , if you add 5 pounds ....because vacations or you needed a break lol than you wait until 10 pounds or more . My only complaint is the clinic does NOT set up appointments, sometimes long wait , or for sure 5 stars !!
