This location is a lot bigger and more open than the Gilbert location imho. Everything is bright and clean. The viewing/waiting area is not cramp and you're actually able to walk through people without feeling like you're in a NYE crowd trying to navigate through time square. Plenty of parking spaces around the building and lots of food options for afterwards which I really appreciate! They also host birthday parties here on the weekends when it's not open to the public so your party gets to use the entire facility which is so awesome for the kiddos. They get to try out everything, get their wiggles out in a safe space and go home to knock out for the night. Sounds like a win win to me!

My 6 year old attended summer camp and it was the "Ok-est". injury with equipment was reported upon pick up. This is appreciated. To the contrary, bullying including being pushed and yelled at by an older kid during free jump, was not mentioned. My Child let me know later what had happened and he reported to staff as well as his need with help being separated from that kid because he was being taunted. i heard nothing of this from staff. Finally, my child was provided unsolicited medical advice on "how to be skinny". This is grossly out of scope of responsibilities as to the best of my knowledge, this was not a medical professional, had there been, i would expect to be present. Furthermore, "how to be skinny" do not strike me as part of the camp activates. I take responsibility for not having my expectations voiced. Soliciting diet advice to a 6 year old, i did not think i had to mention. My expectation regarding kid-on-kid altercations in the instance of hands being put on my child. I do expect there to be a formal process like of a form being signed on both sides to quantify behavioral issues as well as seeking help or providing support to children who have been bullied. but as least a sticky note would have been something...My child refuses to return.

To be fair the LOW ratings here are outdated. This gym is beautiful. VERY parent friendly with endless viewing of our kids from the 1st and 2nd floors. Very well kept equipment, clean throughout. Coaches are exceptional - no revolving door here in our experience. This review is specific to the gymnastics coaching and staff. My girls transferred from another competing gym in the valley. The coaches noticed right away the talents my girls could've/should've attained from the other gym - wasted no time building confidence in them and had them both excelling and achieving moves we had never seen them doing before! Most of the other girls in their respective classes were pretty much already proficient in the moves they were now teaching our girls. Luckily, our girls caught on fairly quickly due to the confidence building and hands on attitude of the coaching staff. If you can take anything else from this review it's this: So far my 7 yr old and her gymnastics team have competed in two meets this year. The entire team (including our daughter) scored high enough in the 1st meet to be eligible to compete at the state level meet later this year. Her team has also taken 1st place for team at both meets. My oldest daughter competed last year but on a different gymnastics team and the best they did was 5th place overall and not one gymnast scored high enough to compete at the state level. Ever. So, given our experience with USA and having experienced a now obviously lackluster competing gym it is clearly easy to boast that USA will turn out some fine tuned gymnasts who will compete at higher levels if that is what your family is looking for.

Please BEWARE of this gym! They really have no sense of how to run a proper business. They have strict policies to cover themselves but not to ensure proper customer service. My daughter has been enrolled here for 3 months. We have a credit card on file which they require and then charge you to make automatic payments for. When she showed up today, they said she was no longer enrolled and had to leave. According to them, her class is full. Keep in mind they had only 3 other girls there. Also, they have just moved locations and apparently their whole computer system is in disarray. In addition, their coaching is pretty lame. They let the kids run back and forth and don't realize ensure good technique. Very difficult to have any progress when they don't teach much. But if you wanna cancel the classes, they need 30 days notice or they will charge you for a full month of classes. These people need to learn how to run a business and actually deliver a quality product. We will definitely be looking for a better gym where my daughter can actually learn some gymnastics, not just run around on mats for an hour. By the way, the supervisors are rarely around when classes are happening...big surprise given how they run the place.

For the amount each parent is paying you would think that they would offer make up classes. Instead they do "open gym" is a shit show no guidance no support and the kids AND adults run around like crazy. I got so uncomfortable bringing my kid to open gym specially because adults and kids were making forts in the corner of the gym! Adults going in and out with other kids. (Do they not know the hole me too movement!! U would think the owner would not want to risk anything) when we enrolled I was told my kid would practice skills during that time and she will have some coaches on each station to help. Big fat LIE!! When I asked if she can have a make up class I was told no is policy. Classes are now too big and sometimes kids have to sit and wait. WAISTING OUR TIME! so disappointed. When it started it was nice now is super pack 1:1 is gone. We will be taking our kid out and moving to an other gym at the end of the month.

My 6 year old Granddaughter has been going here for a few years. She loves it and has made significant progress with her cheer and tumbling skills. Her coaches are great!! Also, we recently had her 6th birthday party here. Her and her friends literally had the entire gym to themselves for an hour. The staff was well organized and had plenty of games for the kids to play. They also provided a private room upstairs for eating, singing, and opening presents. If you're interested in your child learning competitive cheer or gymnastics, or if you just want to throw a birthday party. This is the place to do it.

Sorry to say, but this gym is solely after your money and does not have the best interest of your child at heart. My wife and I enrolled our daughter into youth classes where they have been teaching her a routine for the upcoming dance recital. When attempting to register our daughter for the recital we were told it was full and that she could not participate. First off, why teach the children a dance recital that they may or may not be a part of. When explaining that the registration was full and thought it referred to ticket sales, we were still told our daughter could not participate. Maybe they should have scheduled 2 times to accommodate all children who have been practicing. After emailing back and forth with the manager for our daughters group, we accepted the fact our daughter who has been practicing and talking about her upcoming recital, was not going to be participating and moved on from it. Today we get an email stating that due to our dissatisfaction our daughter has been dropped from the class all together. We attempted to reach out to the instructor and owners but we're told they were in meetings all day long. After finally getting on the phone with the owner and expressing our feeling yet again, we were met with the response, "you'd be better off somewhere else." Just goes to show that although yes a buisness in the end, the focus is on keeping those around who keep quiet and keep paying. If you respect your child and their interest, do not bring your child to this gym. They do not have their priorities in order and don't expect them to make your child a priority.

I rarely leave bad reviews because I understand completely the consequences they can have. But this was wrong. My two boys age 4 and 6 were invited by a friend to join their "bring a friend" program. See photo for the flyer she was given. We arrived 15 minutes early so we had time for any paperwork ect. The lady at the desk was extremely kind and friendly we were impressed with the cleanliness and were likely going to sign them both up after their free trial. So the kids get called back, and about 15 minutes into the class, one of the young staff members came over to my friend that invited us and told her she wasn't supposed to invite us this week, that that was for the girls classes and they didn't have enough staff to have friends join the class today. I heard her talking and walked over and she was going to go take them out without even talking to me. I asked her what was going on and she explained they only have one instructor for the group and our two boys made 8 in the class which apparently is too many. And my boys are extremely well behaved. They were listening, participating and not causing any issues. She said she spoke to the manager over the phone (apparently the manager wasn't in) and that she said they have to pull them. So she goes in a pulls my boys just like that. They were so upset my older boy was fighting back tears, they had been so excited for this as gymnastics was something they were wanting to do for a while now. No one offered to make anything right. They didn't offer for us to come back another day. Nothing. USA gym will never get our business, they clearly don't value it.

Very poor communication from directors and down. Ensure you research and pick the right coach for private lessons before spending hundreds.

Our kids go to USA for coaching in TNT and gymnastics. Friday nights from 7pm - 8:30pm are what USA calls Open Gym, the kids get to play on all the equipment for 90 minutes, however it is not free and you have to sign up ahead of time. The kids love it.Get here tonight Friday May 19th, all signed up, tell them to go get warmed up while we wait in the very oddly long line of parents and kids, only to find out that now the kids cannot go in to play until they get checked in and their hands get stamped that now allows them to enter the gym. It took 10 min to get through that check in line and guess what??? That time is not given back to the kids to play. So basically USA just made money off all those kids parents that had to stand in that long line before their kids could go play. AND zero communication to the parents, no message, no email ahead of time so you could possibly show up a few minutes early to deal with the line. Way to go USA, just more of the overpriced businesses squeezing extra money out of their patrons. Not sure Friday Night open gym will continue to be in our plans.Sad for the kiddos because this is supposed to be a business totally dedicated to children.
