Urban Boba Tea House

So many different flavors and we tried a few. Each was amazing! Cute lil spot and staff was very kind and sweet.

DoorDash Order. First time trying Urban Boba. The Mango Pass fruit slush was refreshing. The Fruit tea & House Fruity were delicious too. The only improvement would be the packaging for the House Fruity, the tea leaked in the plastic bag. Will definitly try them again.

The Urban Tea House is located in a very busy area of ASU so be aware. Thankfully they have a small shared parking lot. The parking spaces are a commodity here. Street parking is not an option on this busy street. There were several vendors in this plaza, mostly eateries. The House is small and clean. I took a few minutes to study the menu and decided on a raspberry slush. The slush was ready in minutes. It was refreshing and very flavorful. Probably more sugar than I needed but I was thirsty. Not only do they have drinks, they also have a limited food menu. I saw Banh mi on the menu. I wasn't there for food so did not really look at that part of the menu closely. High top tables and chairs are available for seating. A good outing!

Just a heads up that "traditional boba" here is Honey Boba. At Mochi Fresh and I-tea, Brown Sugar Boba is the "traditional" kind that is chewy and almost black. I wrote a review earlier and deleted it shortly after (before I saw the business response so I'm assuming they responded to tell me the same thing I'm saying now) because I saw a recent photo that must be on their counter somewhere saying that their brown sugar boba is a crystal boba. I think it might help if on their main menu they call it "Brown Sugar Crystal Boba" to make it more clear (the way it's written on the small sign). Right now on the main menu it is called Brown Sugar Boba so I thought I was getting the chewy tapioca kind that I am used to ordering at other places in Tempe. Now I know for next time.

i got the mango passion fruit green tea with lychee boba and it was really good! the ladies there were incredibly sweet i highly recommend checking out their drinks and they have banh mi! i'll have to try it next time

Great little tea shop. I got a royal milk tea with boba which was really good. Staff are really nice, drinks come out fast.

I got the vanilla milk tea with boba since I've never seen that anywhere else and boy did that slap,, definitely enjoyed it lol

Great ambiance and vibes overall. People are nice with fast service. Food itself is very affordable especially for boba and tastes great as well.

Their boba is of course great but their Bánh Mì is amazing and incredibly cheap -- highly recommended for lunch, in general, especially if you're on a budget, and for a nice afternoon treat.

Girls working were on the phone the whole time even while making my drink I got a tiger milk tea and thy said it was just milk tea brown sugar and boba and it had CUSTARD HOW DID THEY FORGET TO MENTION CUSTARD I'm very allergic and this is a safety issue they need to be taught proper etiquette and what's in their drinks
