This is a pretty cool place. It's a trampoline park. They have all kinds of activities for the kids. You can spend hours there. They also have a snack bar and private party rooms you can rent

Urban Air is a decent trampoline park that would be five stars with just a couple of changes. Overall, the layout is nice and they have some fun activities such as the zip line and ball pits (which are really hard to find these days). They have a number of activities and it is easy to spend 1.5-2 hours here. They have a snack bar and the prices are very reasonable. The one issue is the facility is very dirty. I know it is busy and workers are difficult to find these days, but it was so bad we couldn't sit down in the folding chairs. With a little TLC I think this could be a very nice play for the kids to burn off some energy!

My daughter wanted to have her birthday here for the SECOND time and this place delivered! The birthday packs are very affordable and it's so easy to have them take care of everything. Having the private room is a must vs being in the main area with everyone running around. The kids had such a great time and the adults enjoyed being able to relax in the room while the kids went crazy!

We had so much fun! This is a great place for kids and parents! They could use a few more staff members in the rock climbing area and obstacle courses but over all we had a great time! We will most definitely visit again!

As a guest, Urban Air seems to be a hood place for kids bday parties! My kids, 7 and 4, had a blast at Urban Air. The trampoline area is only about 1/4 of the activity space. There's a ninja-style course over ball pits and that's where the kids spent most of their time. The ball pit is somewhat deep (three feet?) and I actually had to help several younger kids in addition to my 4yo. Where were their parents? Idk. Over at a table reading lr talking to other parents while their children had to rely on a stranger to lift them, in tears, from the ball pit. You're welcome. There was also a slightly older kid that was entertaining himself by whipping balls at little kids until they had to go get an adult and he'd run off to another area. So yeah, keep an eye on your kids here. There was one or two staff watching the trampoline area and a rock climbing area but no one by the ball pit. There's also a rope course (with safety harnesses) above some of the tables. I wa secretly hoping to see what happens when a kid (non-traumatically) falls from that and is left dangling above another birthday party. Maybe I'll find out next time. Overall, kids had fun but keep an eye on them.

My 10 year old daughter wrote a review for the Ahwatukee Urban Air, which I've included. She wrote this on her own and I found it in her room. She was so frustrated with her experience, she needed to vent! Some highlights: "Staff don't care about their job. They let the kids do whatever they want.." There are holes in the play area that "would be dangerous for a little child." And "I can't even spend 20 minutes there without getting fed up with all the people breaking the rules." After our most recent visit, she never wants to go back...and I don't blame her. There are plenty of other indoor play places that she loves which will be getting our business.

Brought my 8yo here for the first time today, we bought a basic full day wrist band not knowing the climbing and zip line was additional. As my daughter was in line the manager yelled from farther away "check her wrist band, she can't get on". The young man who was letting the kids in was so sweet and very softly told her that she needed to upgrade her wrist band to get in, but the manager was so rude, loud, and embarrassed my kid to the point that she cried. I understand it's loud, but there's a way to tell a child or parent that they need to upgrade their plan to enjoy all features (we had no problem doing so- in fact we did that and she loved all of the additional activities). I'm disappointed that a kid friendly place has a non friendly manager

AVOIDCame back after 5 years and it's HORRIBLE. Same issues as before only now they charge more for the socks (3.99 instead of 2.50). I did not see a single person actually working. There was a group of teenagers behind the front desk goofing off, but no one on the floor actually doing anything. And because no one is working, the place is FILTHY. None of the hand sanitizing stations had sanitizer in them. Bathroom was dirty. And it was HOT as hell in there. Seriously, was the AC broken? Also, it's just not safe for little kids unless you are right by their side at every moment. None of the staff are on the floor enforcing any rules and teenagers are just running around crazy in there. It's July and I was desperate to take the kids to an indoor activity. Against my better judgement I came back here. Will definitely try another place next time.***I see the "business manager" Payson C. responded. Interestingly, there is no person on Yelp with this name or otherwise I can contact about this issue. Trust me Mr. C, I already sent a lengthy email to corporate about this place with my contact info. No one has contacted me to address my concerns.

Extremely rude Service , completely inefficient, check-in, and generally not fun or clean I haven't been to urban air in a few years. Boy It went down hill. So they still have the same rude service though. The check in on a Saturday was an absolute nightmare. Apathetic teenage workers looking the other way instead of healing guests and check in system that is completely nonfunctional. As far as the interior, it really needs a re-haul. I don't know how you could possibly make an indoor trampoline park NOT fun but they've succeeded. There are much better options in the area with healthy food, choices, etc. Hard pass on Urban Air.

We were very disappointed with our trip here after going to a party at the Gilbert location.Very overpriced for the amount of attractions. Bathrooms were filthy even at opening time.Poorly staffed so attractions were not open simultaneously. Why is there an elevated price point for all attractions? Also, no go karts here like the other location. The zip line is much smaller here too and seems to whip the kids around dangerously at the end.We visit trampoline parks frequently and kids described this one as "lame."
