Uptown Jungle Fun Park - Mesa

Kids love it here. We've been to a bunch of locations in the valley and I think this one is the nicest. Not to busy and not so many older kids. We try to go in the morning so it is mostly littles. Older kids kind of ruin it. It could use some cleaning and repairs. I've never seen any staff cleaning or wiping anything down. We will continue to go to this location.

this place is always fun. I would like to see the staff cleaning a little bit maybe sprain some things down, wiping down some things as there are a lot of kids running around coughing sneezing, touching their mouth like kids do but other than that it's always a good experience and it's fun and relatively clean deal suggestion I would say fix the little shooters for the foam balls area those little vacuums that suck the balls up are not always working.

Came here for a birthday party, and so happy we did because we are ready to come back. This place has so many fun things for our 2 and 4 year old and even the adults had a blast. I honestly am looking into a summer pass because we had such a great time!

My kid loves this place and goes quite often. I have to say it's actually very clean compared to most other kids place.

Went in with my two kids bought tickets only to find out the rock climbing area was closed. And the trampoline area was closed for some type of maintenance. My kids only had part of the park to play in so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager asked the cashier if she told me that it was toddler time and she lied and said yes. I corrected her and said no at the time that I purchased the tickets I wasn't told that. The manager said that info is quote "plastered all over the walls and on the web site". It's not... Only after my boys asked to climb did I find out it was/would be closed until after "toddler time". They kind of stood there dumbfounded that there was an issue. Then after I had to explain that we only had access to part of the park but payed full price, they offered two 60 minute free play tickets. I appreciate the fix, I do, but not the lies.At leased we know now to not come in in the morning and to call ahead to make sure there isn't maintenance going on in the trampoline area. Other than that my sons had fun running's through the mazes and eventually going rock wall climbing.

We've had some good experiences here in the past. However, I've always noticed how dirty the place is and how expensive it has become. They need to enforce more RULES inside ALL of the trampoline areas, especially since parents don't seem to care, nor teach their children how to behave. Today there was a very hyper jumper in the kids smaller yellow trampoline area, and without warning, he crashed into my son, hurting him so badly, that we had to ice it there and carry him out. We went straight to the urgent care and then for x-rays. It was so obvious that he had gotten hurt, but the kid that crashed into him didn't apologize and nor did the Grandma that was with him say anything.When we were leaving, I asked if I could get my money back. Since we were only there about 10 minutes and the girl, I think the manager, reluctantly wanted to do it because we paid through Groupon.I explained that my son could not walk and that we will have to carry him out of the place. She couldn't care less and reached into a drawer right next to her and gave us a free pass.Honestly, this place couldn't care less about anybody getting hurt, all they care about is the money and that you read the signs and play your own risk after signing their waver.I will be giving that free pass to someone else. We will never return to this place again. The place has gone downhill so much in the last 3 years, and the bathrooms and the floors are always disgusting as well. The customer service in the front is nothing like it used to be either. For anyone that goes to this place, play at your own risk. It's unfortunate too, because my child was so unbelievably excited to be there today, but because of another child acting out and doing things he's not supposed to do, We had to pay the price.

Our girls seem to enjoy it here but I personally prefer Kids Empire. This particular location seems so dark and DIRTY all the time- the floors gross me out to walk around in my socks. Kids Empire doesn't allow any shoes indoors so it's always clean.

My kids love it here. Majority of kids here are well behaved. Try coming during the week if you don't like large crowds. Only thing I don't like is I wish they had locking exit doors or a staff member standing at the door. It impossible to monitor your kids here.

This place is conveniently located near Red Mountain park in Mesa.We went there during the week and it's a popular place for kiddos. It's a little bit smaller than we expected but it did include many fun stuff like trampolines, slides and climbing walls/rocks. There's a small "snack area" right behind the check-in desk and the staff was helpful and friendly.

PLACE WAS SO AWESOME shout out to my boy erik he was the coolest lad and ran all the cool stuff he was very fun to talk to and was very helpfuloverall 10/10 loved the experience and loved erik
