Up N Smoke Real Pit BBQ

Just attended a vow renewal and Up N Smoke was excellent!!!! I hate coleslaw but the raspberry vinegarette was excellent and I ate my weight in the stuff - I'm craving it tonight!!!!!! The Mac & Cheese was moist, flavorful and perfection; the people next to me said it was the best that they had ever eaten!! The beans we not only delicious but they were beautiful too!! The combo of three different colored beans made the plate fancy. And on top of it, the brisket was excellent!!! Bravo - NO hesitation to use y'all in the future!!!!!!!

I found a thing to taste like food. I thought the meat was dry. Their sauce was marginally OK but I'm grilling a barbecue on myself so I have a hard time really finding good if you want. I have been to some good barbecue places this just isn't one of them.

We had this for our Christmas party. Not really impressed. Meat tasted bland on the pulled pork. The brisket was a little raw....now on the other hand the mac n cheese was awesome.To be fair I asked people at random at our party n the majority agreed with my opinion.Try for yourself to make your mind up.We eat first with our Eyes n Smell plays a great part.

Most every year Up-N-Smoke provides dinner for hundreds of people at the Arizona Flying Circus, a fly-in out in the middle of the desert. Dirt roads, no services, low flying aircraft, shooting, fireworks, explosions, chaos, nothing fazes them. They bring their giant smoker and equipment and set-up and tear-down with military precision. This is some of the best BBQ you will ever have in Arizona!

There is a pitmaster in the house! Had there Bbq today and it was legit, thick pieces of tender juicy chicken, awesome hot links, multi colored beans cooked perfectly, pulled pork with a grest smoke ring and tasty char, coleslaw bomb, 5 stars hands down the best bbq meal ive had in Az so far

I can't say thank you enough. These guys will work their a$# off to make your event a success. We had 3 shifts and they feed everyone. Not a single compliant. Everyone had nothing but good things to say about how great the food was. Many of our management team just came back from training in Texas and back East, and they dine at some really good BBQ spots, but none of those could compare to what they just had. I promise if you book these guys for your next event, you won't be disappointed. People should celebrate more often, so they could enjoy great BBQ! I know we will be asking them to come back.

Great food!! Myself and my entire family loved it!! We ordered a drop off cater for 25 and it was plenty of food. I would definitely recommend This business to all friends and family. Thank you so much for the awesome food.

I brought these guys out for my company's BBQ today - and I cannot say enough great things about the the event and everything surrounding it. Food was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! We chose the 2 meats/2 sides option - so good!! Pork and brisket were awesome and the mac n cheese was great too. What was surprising was the coleslaw... I've never had such yummy coleslaw in my life! Rich and his team were timely, efficient, friendly and fun! They also have a great looking setup and the bbq pit is so cool. I highly recommend these guys for your next corporate (or any) catering event. :)

We had the brisket, ribs, and turkey at a wedding. Best brisket I've ever had. Hands down. Delicious.

Amazing these guys are the real deal. I knew when I tasted the BBQ I was dealing with a pro period showed up unexpected went over and Beyond the Call of Duty. Will use again.
