To my knowledge they're closed. I tried to call a month ago and every location was gone. I paid them for a package that I could use anytime. They kept my money and dipped out without any notification of their closing.

Apparently the first two visits are "standard protocol to consult with the doctor and establish rapport." Huh??? Basically no treatment for the first two times and it's to milk your insurance! That was problem #1. #2 was the fact that I waited an hour and twenty minutes and NOT be seen by a doctor. (Which is how I found out that even the second appointment wouldn't include treatment!) Pain Stop clinic is a scam! The girls up front were rude and seriously sounded like they were reading some newly learned big words and spitting them out at patients and not being sympathetic at the problem at hand. What a waste of hours of my day!

I have been going to Pain Stop for a few months. I started going twice a week for a hip flexor issue, which is now far better than it was. I always seem to be having some kind of pain or discomfort, whether it's my back, legs, wrists... so I have continued going for chiropractic adjustments and massages once a week and then every two weeks for maintenance. I have to admit the staff doesn't always look happy to be there, but they are friendly and they have helped me. Being able to do 6pm appointments after work is really great, however it can be busy some days.

They made a family members neck problem worse. So she went to another doctor. Pain stop was refusing to release her records. Finally got them 2 weeks later. And they can't address the pain I have ...they wouldn't even give me a consult!

I have been going here now for about 6 weeks, trying to deal with some pain in my shoulder. But they have started with saying we will get to the route of this problem, and we will go about it one step at a time, if one thing doesnt work we will try something else! Yeah. They have an Nurse Prac on staff, they have a Physical Therapist, you can get chriopractic if needed. There can do X-Rays, Ultra Sound, take blood work, alergy testing, its really like one stop shopping. I love Sim, shes the nurse prac I see, Carlos is my Physical Therapist, or as I like to call him, my physical Torturist!:) These guys are Great, the whole practist is wonderful

APPOINTMENT AN HOUR LATER?If it sounds too good to be true ... it is .... scheduled an appointment at 2.30 was running a little late so I called ahead to let them know I would be there, I didn't want them to cancel on me for being late. After arriving I wasn't sure where to go since the signs on the door are flipped for the 2 clinics that work out of the same place. Upon entering it kinda had the cheap motel lobby feel. Staff seemed in a hurry to get all my info and insurance which was good. But, after being checked in the waiting game began... there I sat waiting and waiting and waiting... even tho i sat in front of receptionists, they didn't bother to let me know what the wait time would be to be seen. i did have a 2.30 appointment. 1 hour 15 mins later and not one peep from any of the staff members. i guess they weren't really interested in helping me....THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME... I'M STILL IN PAIN

I have fractured lumbar spine pedicles that cause pain which can be relieved by radiofrequency ablation. It generally lasts a year or more depending on how overactive I am. I've been to other pain management doctors so I know the procedure for exams prior to injections. With Pain Stop, once they establish how much coverage you have with your insurance, they do these unnecessary longer exams so they can bill higher. I don't love insurance companies but I don't respect doctor's offices that waste my time so they can jack up the fee or they encourage other services just because they're covered. From a medical standpoint, I've had lumbar injections or ablations from other pain management drs that worked within days. When Pain Stop did them it was almost 6 weeks before the pain finally left. Maybe I was in too much pain to do much and it healed on it's own. I won't go back.
