Trulieve Tempe Dispensary

Visited PHX during 420 weekend and this place came highly recommended. The parking is a little hectic but it's located in a shopping center and near a smoke shop which is a plus. They had great deals during that weekend and I was able to order online. Even with it being a busy weekend it didn't take long for my orders to be filled. Will definitely visit again in future visits.

Came here earlier this week and the guy at the front desk was very rude. Informed me that they don't take vertical out of state ID's. I've never ran into this issue with a dispensary in the past 3 years. I used to work in service industry so I was polite and was just about to drive 5 minutes home to grab my passport and come back. But before I left I asked out of curiosity I haven't had that ID issue before, when did that law get enforced? And then he said rudely, if I have a problem I can go to a different dispensary. I didn't have a problem I was just curious cause I went to Sol flower last week and didn't have that issue. I left quickly confused, I was going to come back here with my passport. But after that whole vibe, his demeanor threw me off & was just bad vibes all together. I left to a different dispo and got myself a Diet Coke & went to Curaleaf and they were chill & prices were better. There was a beautiful sunset too, turned out to be a lovely end of my day. The bad vibes at harvest were a big load of malarkey.

Great place. First time in a dispensary. David was very helpful, answering my questions about medication my wife needed for the pain from chemotherapy. And it worked we are very grateful. And I'll be back. Thank You again!

I like this dispensary. The bud-tenders are knowledgeable and friendly. They have a wide variety of products to choose from. The prices are great and they always have what i'm looking for in stock. It's also a convenient location for me as i oI only live 2.5 miles away. BONUS!! Check this place out!

So...... last time I bought marijuana was from a guy named Phil in the trunk of his cutlas in the 90's. This was a new experience for a 50 year old. Back in my day there was one kind, whatever he had, not a giant menu. So this was a bit overwhelming for me my first trip. Everyone customer walked up and knew exactly what they wanted. My turn with little Ms. Emo behind the counter and as I asked first time questions INSTANTLY ANNOYED with me. Wouldn't even make eye contact with me, just rolled her eyes at her co workers. SOOOOOO sorry I need some guidance. I was quickly brushed off to someone else and shamed out of the store because I didn't know it was cash only, and all I had was a CC. My return a couple days later went better, a younger guy behind the counter showed me some patience and made some suggestions. I did get a BOGO and the patient guy behind the counter did ease my review a bit. These 2 cartridges will last me a while I think. Maybe I'll be back, maybe I won't.

Closed an hour early. How about you do your inventory after close like 99% of other businesses instead of being cheap. Have purchased here for years and unfortunately will never be back since they cannot seem to stay open to their posted schedule.

Always been a 10 star for me until now!The service is amazing and everyone I've met has been the sweetest people at all locations. My home location is the Tempe; but I do shop at Chandler and Mesa(both north and south) when I need some supply. Came in tonight to have my bank be rejected at the register. It's so sad to see, cause they've taken em all the other million times I pre order and pick up. But because of a new checkout system it no longer takes banks like Chime. They'll take all the major banks but then. All the major banks that are always in hot water with the feds for Frauds and Scams; but not Chime. Had to use the ATM which costs me $3.50, just because your card reader won't take it. I used to pay that fee before ya'll even allowed debit in the first place; I'm not doing it again. Can you imagine how much money I could have saved spending $$$$ with you guys if I didn't pay that fee? It would have been a lot and it's why I'm not going back. I'll be happily taking my medical use somewhere else. I purchase on a weekly to bi weekly bases. It's now time I start shopping around for a dispensary that accepts all payments if you guys won't. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and letting my friends know of this. I'd rather go where my payment method is accepted. And not be inconvenienced by a secluded flawed system. If it starts to accept chime I'll happily shop again.

Elden was great helping me. I'm from Florida and not Knowledgeable on laws and types of flower. But he helped me get some great pre rolls and a nice edible. Also got a discount too! Great atmosphere

Consistently understaffed leaving lines almost out the door and wait times of 35 mins +
