Total Wine & More

With Total Wine rewards you can earn free classes with your purchases. I have gone to several classes in Gilbert and Tempe, this is the first time I attended one at the new Mesa location. The two staff members who taught the class did a great job, they took turns presenting slides and pouring cocktails-the class was holiday themed. It's always very educational, there are good snacks, water, and several pours of wine or cocktails. (Just a taste, nobody is getting drunk here). You can pour out what you don't want to drink. I'm excited for this new location and look forward to more classes!

We have attended a few classes at the East Mesa, Arizona store and LOVE them! They are always a fun and informative experience! Gabby and Alec make an excellent team and will keep us coming back! THANK YOU Total Wine &More for offering these Amazing classes!!

This is an absolutely beautiful store. The selection of beverages is phenomenal. From kitchen gadgets, to cigars, to group tastings, this store has it all. It is very well organized and stocked with an excellent selection of beverages from around the world.

This store is new and beautiful. However, I feel this location lacks in knowledge with the employees. At other locations I feel like I was talking to professionals when asking for help. When asking for help at this location an older man employee seemed very uneducated about their products and was just looking up everything on his phone. Hopefully they work on training some better employees.

I just don't know about this place. I'm not a wine drinker, but I am looking for a specific wino drink for someone I know who LOVES wine. They did not have what I was looking for and wanted to talk wine. I'm the wrong person to be talking to as I know absolutely nothing about wine.....please stop talking. I left. Also, the parking lot was not the best.

Phenomenal selection, employees were very nice. I found the wine I was looking for, after receiving a bottle as a gift. The very nice cashier told me that if there was anything particular I was looking for, and they didn't have, to let them know, and they can order it. I highly recommend the store.

Father's Day went in to make a gift purchase for my dad with my sister who is my designated driver. Upon checkout I was able to provide legal identification, however, my sister who is 19 was by my side not holding anything but a water bottle from the store. Employee stated she was unable to check us out due to her being under 21. Keep in mind there was other minors in the store accompanied by a legal adult by the age of 21. Employee called a manager to approve sell and manager refused to check me out for the purchase. Stated store policy advised only those of 21 years of age can make purchase, which I am. I am highly disappointed by the customer experience, especially after stating it was a Father's Day gift and my sister was my designated driver. Total wine store policy states and I quote; "To help in this effort, we don't allow any person under the age of 21 to enter our store unless accompanied by an adult guardian of legal drinking age".
