ToScany's Coal Oven Pizza

Even with new management, ToScanny unfortunately seems destined to fail (unless their owner and/or management takes immediate corrective action). We ate here about two months ago and were pleased with the pizza and the service, but both the service and cleanliness were sorely inefficient and ineffective during our visit.We were there at 6:30 and we only saw customers at four other tables. We found the place unkept and dirty, with multiple un-bussed tables throughout the dining room. Another two tables which had been cleared still had crumbs scattered, from pizza, cheese and other accoutrements. It just looked really sloppy, especially since it wasn't busy so no obvious reason why it wasn't being cleaned up. There was even a dried up pepperoni slice on the floor next to our table the entire evening. Although the two waitstaff, a hostess and the bus girl passed multiple times, no one bothered to pick it up off the floor. As we left it still resided there. Beer was delivered late and had zero head (either improper pour or defective glass sanitation system). The pizza took forever to come out even though the place was empty. When it was finally delivered to our table I could tell it had been sitting out for quite a while. Was just lukewarm. I don't know if there was a manager there but it didn't seem like there was anyone who cared or looked around to observe the state of affairs during our visit.

Buffalo Bills backer bar/pub. Tons of people here for the game. Good food (specialize in buffalo food - wings, sahlens hots, beef on weck). Big Buffalo feel. Felt like home!

We have always seen this place when we shop at bashas and wanted to try this place. We ordered a vegetarian pizza and chicken wings. The pizza was delicious, oven baked and loved the toppings too. I wish they mentioned it has thin crust, the large size can be easily eaten by 2 people with a good appetite. The wings wasn't that great, it's not the typical wings you eat, it's more like baked. Overall a nice pizza place, would love to try some more from the menu in the future.

I have lived in the area for a few months and have always passed this up. I shouldn't have. The pizza. Served thin crust is delish. That's the way they make it. Ambiance is cute. Good bar with a big selection. The servers have been awesome. Came in for lunch 1/2 off pizzas!!!!! All day. Done in or carry out. They have daily special which I think are very nice. Ordered the Greek pizza. YUMMMMMM!!!I'm back here for dinner so let's see how the wings and salad are...

Service around lunch time is mediocre at bestFood 2-1/2 stars out of 5. I won't be going back

12/29/24 before 8p. Arrived before time to get my food and it was barely warm (pizza) I'm certain the pizza would be better if it was hot. Pizza was sitting on the counter and not under a warmer Also, your server ate standing on the side of the bar and you allow a customer to sit at the bar with 2 dogs. No thanks

Paula is the best reason to visit this hidden gem, the food is great, friendly atmosphere with a flare of every day sports. Paula is sooo down to earth, friendly and truly above her position in wit. She offers amazing service and down to earth conversation. You are missing out if you do not give this place an opportunity, especially during a Bill's game. All my best, Chris

Hostess very rude when I call to place an order and I called an hour before the closing time. Would never go back there again

Awesome place! Love the new owners! They opened up the bar area and added the fun factor! Drinks are yummy and they have fun events!
