The shop is actually very cute; it's spacious inside, and is a place you can totally come with friends to play games, or even with a laptop to get some work done. It's right next to a lake, so the views are immaculate (seriously, I love to just stare outside when I'm here). I've tried the dragonfruit motiito and the (spicy) popcorn chicken. The motiito is sparkling soda along with whatever flavours you opt for in the drink. I got mine with less sugar and I added boba. The drink itself was refreshing. It was not sweet at all, and was a bit sour to be honest. It was a GOOD change of pace compared to my usual boba drink orders at other places. I'm not sure if I would get it again though, as it's just not my favourite thing. It's good, but not my cup of tea. I didn't hate it though. The popcorn chicken is actually very good. I don't think it's the best popcorn chicken I've had at a boba shop (RIP iTea), but I've definitely gotten it multiple times. The chicken is crispy, and what I enjoy most is that it's not majority deep fry. There's substantial chicken within each bite, and the bag is full so I feel like I get a decent amount with the price. I've also sampled their golden milk tea, and that is VERY sweet. I'm not sure if you can adjust the sugar, but if you have a really big sweet tooth, then the tea is right for you.

A lovely little boba shop with an extremely friendly owner and a great view of the lake from the back windows of the café. The tea itself was fresh, tasty, and just the right amount of sweet. I loved all the fresh fruit and aloe added in, they really add a fun texture. Don't miss out on the food, too! The popcorn chicken topped with fried basil leaves was perfectly crispy while still being juicy and tender, and it took me back to very similar dishes I've had while wandering the night markets in several places in south east Asia. It really was excellent.Don't miss this one! I know I'll be back many times.

Tii cup is a spot nestled back in a busy plaza near Dobson and Ray. The clean and outdoor seating in back provides an inviting place to enjoy these fresh and flavorful teas with the capability to specialize your order in multiple ways. We tried the green tea and the Almond tea and the fresh flavors compel us to try others drinks next time.

Came in on a Thursday night and there were 3 workers. I was greeted right away. When I asked about a Carmel drink, they didn't have that flavor. So I ordered a small Vietnamese coffee and small garlic popcorn chicken. Coffee was good and my popcorn chicken was tasty. Nice and hot with a garlic flavor. I'll be back again!

Tried out their most popular drink, Golden Milk Tea with boba and it was really good! The boba was a nice texture and had a really good flavor. Service could've been better as the cashier didn't say anything to me when I approached the register. I wasn't sure if I could proceed with ordering as she just looked at me. Eventually I just ordered. The drink didn't take too long and they called it out when it was ready. We were thanked for coming in as we walked out. The inside was clean and had plenty of tables / seating.

I'm totally cap-bubble of drinking something other than tea, I just don't want to! Have you had boba? It's unbelie-bubble. Thinking about boba is giving me bubble-flies ;DPopped in this past weekend for some drinks and a snack. We ended up ordering a golden milk tea, jasmine milk tea, spicy tofu squares, and garlic popcorn chicken. Everything was pretty decent! The drinks at 50% were perfection, and you can definitely taste the bright floral jasmine through the milk. As for the snacks, they were great. Tii Cup is located in the Sprouts Market plaza and has ample seating. It's a spacious and clean spot with some games for entertainment. The business owner seems really sweet as we chuckle over Facebook ads working and drawing people (like us) in!

Tea for two and two for tea...But what if I want two teas and it's just for me?Here at Tii Cup, you can get a Yin Yang Split Cup where you can choose any two drinks off the signature drinks. I had the Thai Green Tea and the Jasmine Tea, both with boba. On my first visit, I had the Golden Milk Tea and shared some spicy fried tofu squares and garlic popcorn chicken. I enjoyed both my visits. They brew a decent tea. The boba wasn't quite the desiresld gummy bear texture though. I would recommend stopping by if you want a good cup of tea. Don't forget, pinky up.

I was really hoping this could be my favorite place because their prices are very fair however the taste of their boba teas is not good at all. You could almost taste the powder mix still. The taro snow was super plain and not good compared to the many other places I've been. The Oreo was not good at all and I almost asked for a different drink. The brown sugar was okay but again not the best. I won't visit again. The worst part is that towards the back of the business you can go visit the lake but siting in the back part of the restaurant smelled like straight sewer. It was so overwhelming so disgusting we had to leave altogether.

Yay finally a boba spot super close to my house!Conveniently located by the mall on Ray and Dobson, so plenty of parking spots.Pretty spacious with some board games, and you can see the lake? pond? inside of the store, which is awesome!Tried their golden boba milk tea and garlic popcorn chicken, their popcorn chicken is so good! Chewy and flavorful.Their tea is so good, dark roasted flavor and milky, not watery at all, so it's pretty good! Their boba could be softer though, but they just opened earlier this month, so I think this might be one time thingy!Can't wait to try their other drinks and other flavored popcorn chicken! There are like 5 different flavors for popcorn chicken, so cool!
