The Wild Vine Uncorked

I just had my first visit to The Wild Vine Uncorked in Gilbert, and what a cute little spot it is! I met up with a friend for dinner, and we arrived just before HH ended, so we both enjoyed some wine from the HH menu. For dinner, I went for their pasta dish, which was a cavatappi pasta in a creamy tomatillo sauce with fresh spinach, grilled corn, and heirloom cherry tomatoes. It also had artichoke hearts, roasted poblano chiles, mushrooms with shaved Parmesan, and Italian parsley! OMG it was so tasty! The restaurant also had such a chill vibe, we honestly felt so at ease we were just able to relax and catch up! Our server was awesome too! I will definitely be back next time I'm in that part of town!

Highly recommend!! The cocktail menu had a variety of unique and delicious sounding beverages, and the food was really yummy! They had live music, and it was a great addition to the experience. Our waiter was very respectful and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Cannot wait to go back!

I've been to the Wild Vine Uncorked a handful of times now, and can say that I am beginning to be a "regular" here. I know the servers by name, they know my cocktail of choice... it's a thing now. It's a wine bar, yes, but they do serve more than just wine. Beer, cocktails and really good food. It's a really great place for dinner. My favorite is still the salmon risotto.It's got a great local vibe, dress up - dress down, enjoy live music. Heads up though, they close relatively early - 10pm - which for an "old" person like me, is just perfect!

This place is so cozy and fun! It is like a little kept secret in Chandler but now the secret is out and for good because everyone should check it out. It has a nice atmosphere, can be casual or dressy, as I saw a mix of both there. They get pretty busy earlier in the evening during dinner time since it also has a romantic vibe and their dinner menu is pretty amazing with well crafted choices and delicious dishes. We decided to just go with appetizers since it was late and it was great. Also place was not too crowded at the time which was perfect!!! The live music was fun & made it more exciting to be there. It is nice how they have couches around the area where live music takes place, then there's a pretty bar area and the dinning room next to it. The bruschetta was delicious but my favorite was calamari. I definitely will be back! Neighborhood favorite!

In the area so we stopped to check this place out and happy we did! Great atmosphere, great happy hour, delicious food and great service! We got there at the right time because it filled up an hour later ... this is a hot spot!

Went here for a celebration dinner. Really good food, the vibe was very nice, the band was good, and the drinks were on point. Our waiter was attentive, but not overly so. We will be coming back again.

Great happy hour! I love the sliders with fries! And great happy hour wine prices too!

The menu for bar food is excellent and by golly , they deliver!We have never had a bad appetizer and they mix a mean drink. Now that it has cooled, the outdoor seating is primo.
