Wow. Last minute we decided to go to Scottsdale for the Fiesta Bowl. Even more last minute we decided to hire a private chef for a NYE dinner at the house we were renting. I found Travis on Yelp and he responded right away. Randomly I realized he looked familiar and was married to a friend from my youth!! The food was fantastic and they came early to set up while we were still at the game. We had babysitters wrangling 8 kids and the chef was unbothered while making his masterpieces. The cleanup was incredible and the service was impeccable. We just need to come back to have them cook for us again! If you're local to Scottsdale don't sleep on the Twisted Tines!!!

AMAZING. Travis cooked for a small party I attended and the food was better than what I have had at some of the fine restaurants in town. There were four courses and each one was better than the last. Travis is not only a great chef, he's funny and entertaining. Can recommend him enough for your event or even just a romantic dinner for two. Can't wait to have the opportunity to dine with him again!

Chef Travis & his wife cooked a private dinner for my cousin's bachelorette party in Nashville, TN in 2021 and it was truly an amazing experience! Not only were they flexible in creating a custom menu for our large group that had several dietary restrictions, but they were also quick to respond and answer all of our questions throughout the booking process. The four-course meal from start to finish was absolutely delicious and everyone was raving about how fantastic the meals tasted! Our group was staying in an Airbnb and Chef Travis & his wife cleaned up the entire kitchen so that it was spotless. The process from start to finish was seamless. Not to mention, Chef Travis and his wife were so kind, personable, and thorough & always made sure to check-in that we were having a great time. In fact, this was definitely one of our favorite nights on our trip. Our experience was so awesome that we'd 100% recommend Chef Travis and his team to anyone looking for an amazing, private, fresh-cooked meal! I hope to have the opportunity to work with Chef Travis again in the future.

Travis and his team were EXECEPTIONAL for our private corporate catered event in Scottsdale. From start to finish the night was one to remember. Planning an event from across the country is never easy, but this was absolutely seamless. They were professional, friendly, and the menu Travis created was phenomenal. We cannot wait to partner with The Twisted Tines again!

We had Chef Travis prepare a 5 course dinner plus appetizers and wine pairings for our group of 12 last night and it was absolutely amazing! The service from his team was exceptional and timing of all plates was right on. Our entire party was blown away by the flavors and he made for a memorable evening for my wife's 50th! Thanks Chef!

Travis and Katy made the most wonderful evening a notch above. Their incredible food and culinary experience they provide is beyond extraordinary. We all loved the way their kind personalities, and obvious love for what they do, just elevated the entire party. I would recommend them in a heart bet and definitely plan to use them again for the right event. Amazing.

Chef Travis was incredible! One of the best nights of our trip! The food was delicious, he's super personable, and cleans up so well after you didn't even know he was there! Highly recommend!

If I could have Chef Travis cook for me every day, I would say I've died and gone to heaven. His food is exquisite. We gifted a 5-course meal as a Christmas present to my family and when I say all six of us were gobsmacked, I am not exaggerating. Not only can Chef Travis elevate the basics to an ethereal level, he has an uncanny ability to pair flavors that would otherwise be left to their lonesome little selves. His culinary knowledge and technique rival a Foodnetwork chef and he takes tremendous pride in every ounce of goodness that makes it on the plate. And bonus...he's so much fun to talk to. There is no doubt, we will be repeat, local patrons.
