The Teapot

I loved our experience here at the Teapot! Jonathan has been an incredible host from start to finish. He responds to emails on a timely manner and answers questions thoroughly. The venue speaks for itself. You don't need to do too much to make it look cute. They provided most of everything we needed and wanted as far as decorations. You can rent a lot of things with them for surcharge but it's worth it. My friends family and I absolutely loved having the baby shower here. Got a ton of compliments from everybody about how cute the place is. You will get your moneys worth so definitely utilize this space for your future events! Thank you again Jonathan and Ellie for everything. Will def come back for future events :)

The Teapot was the perfect location to host my son's first birthday! We're so glad we decided to have his party there. The owner Johnathan was incredibly helpful and communicative. They have everything you need: tables, chairs, linens, food and beverage, heaters, indoor/outdoor space, a great sound system, and plenty of room for decor. The play place for the kids in the back is adorable! And the coffee at the coffee bar in the front is so good! They also offer yummy drinks for the adults as well. I couldn't have asked for a better celebration for my son, everyone enjoyed themselves and the surroundings were beautiful. Would definitely recommend this spot again and again! Thanks Johnathan!

This was one of the venue selections for our kid's 1st birthday party and we decided to take a tour of the venue before finalizing it. Overall it is a good place for throwing a party and is very cute as well, however, we felt the venue is small for 50+ guests. And also owner is very particular about the end-time window since they have multiple bookings in a day. Small and cute place with nice service addition options in the package.40 guests or less = $600 for a 3 hour booking40+ guests = $700  for a 3 hour bookingExtension beyond 3 hours at a rate of $100 per hour.

Back in December of 2023 my friend and I hosted a Bridal Shower for our friend at The Teapot and it did not disappoint. It was affordable, quaint and the day-of the Owner bent over backwards to accommodate us. Since this is a small business operation that is open for rentals, don't expect 24/7 access and communication. Communication ramped up as we got closer to the event date. We loved how it was essentially an open floor plan to get creative with how we oriented the space. The Owner had a decent amount of add-ons to choose from to help elevate the party, though we opted to bring in a lot of our own decorations and food. The drinks on site were delicious! We would definitely use this space again for another event.

Well, not sure how I can explain what happened here today, but I'll give it a shot. Buckle up, it's a little lengthy. After exiting the beautiful Japanese garden close by, my wife googled the nearest coffee/ tea shop for a splash of caffeine. This business popped up. Parked out front, greeted by a lovely batista, ordered 3 Chai tea's, and paid close to 20 bucks. First red flag. Offered to go into the next room for some lovely quiche. Politely declined, as we are heading to lunch somewhere else later in the day. Thanked her for the drinks, then went to the outside porch to grab a seat in the sun. A few minutes later, a polite gentleman, maybe the owner, thanked us for our purchase and then explained that he thought we were with the baby shower.... second red flag. It is a closed event, and this business only operates by events. Talk about awkward, but he said we can relax and continue to enjoy our 20 dollar Thai teas. Talk about feeling like a third wheel. Needless to say, I would of bought a gift for a taste of the quiche!! If your ever invited to an event here, I guess enjoy your drinks. If not, just be warned it's not a business, even though it says it on yelp. Oh, and have an extra gift in your trunk.

The teapot is a great wedding venue ! jonathan is very flexible and is open to any details bride and groom have.

I went for my brother's baby shower! It was the perfect venue, plenty of space inside, the drinks were wonderful, and the customer service was second to none. Great place to try for any small events or gatherings.

My wife and I had our small wedding at The Teapot and we very much enjoyed the evening and appreciate Jonathan and his sweet staff. From the beginning of wedding planning Jonathan was very responsive, kind, and informative. There were two instances where I was left uneasy though. The first was we were told chairs were usually $200 but he'd charge us $150 "at cost" when we initially booked and we ended up paying $200 for them anyway. I only mention it because I'd want to know if a vendor went back on their word, no matter how small. We also were surprised in July when Jonathan stated he needed to add an additional staff member of his own for $300 because he didn't trust friends/family to clean up anymore. I understand that could be a new policy for new weddings being booked but we were already 5 months into our booking and 4 months from our wedding at that point. Luckily, we did have hired help, so we avoided the additional fee. Overall though, the venue itself is adorable and the decor they offered really helped pull it all together. I would still recommend this venue for any event and love love love our photos/memories here! Also LGBTQ+ friendly!!!

We had our wedding at The Teapot on May 4th, 2024. The day could not have been more perfect. We had approximately 45 people attend. From the moment I reached out to Jonathan with an inquiry to the day of the wedding, everything went smooth. Communication was fantastic, we were able to do a few walkthroughs, and Jonathan provided some suggestions and details for us to consider. The day of the wedding was beautiful. We were able to use our own outside caterer and bring it much of our own decorations. We also rented some of their decor options. We used their DJ services for our special songs for certain times like the ceremony and first dances. The staff were helpful throughout the entire day. I would 100% recommend The Teapot for anyone looking for a space for a smaller, more intimate wedding. Thank you Jonathan and The Teapot staff for making this day so special.

Shout out to Jonathan for allowing us to have the most PERFECT wedding day here last month.After our walk through, we both knew that this is where we wanted to get married, not just because the venue is absolutely adorable, but because of Jonathan and his personality.Our day absolutely could have been such a disaster if it wasn't for Jonathan, his team, and the experience he has with events. There were so many things I didn't know that went "wrong" or not according to plan, because his team was able to provide us and our guests with such a seamless and fun experience.
