Wish I could give 0 stars. The food is decent quality and freshly made, but that doesn't matter since the service is terrible. ALWAYS mess your order up or ALWAYS have miscommunication with the orders. They forgot to put my husband's order in so he had to wait another 20-30 minutes, and even after all that they forgot his fries! They wouldn't give him a refund and said fries would take another 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. It's always complete incompetence.
