The Skin Shop Medspa Scottsdale

I wish I could rate a 3.5, but I went here because I was having hormonal acne issues. I was under the care of Cyndie and she did some treatments. I was told I was gonna have some small white head breakouts after my micro needling, but I then had a huge surge of nodule acne come through. I went to a dermatologist to see what was going on since she said "this is what happens" and found out that I should not be getting microneedling with my type of acne. I tried to get a refund, but they were firm on "signing papers" about outcomes.

This place is amazing! Great knowledge staff and everyone there is super friendly. The decor inside is so cute and super warm and inviting. I have gotten 20 units of Botox and a couple IV drips from this location and every time I have a great experience. I've had my box in for about a month and it looks great! The nurses there New exactly where to inject me to get my desired results! Every time I get an IV drip from here, I leave feeling more hydrated than when I walk in and I promise these IV drips with shorten your colds by at least 3 day! It normally stops mine in their tracks and stop getting any worse. There are tons of places in the area to get Botox and IV drips but you won't find a more welcoming shop than thi

This spa is the best in town! Beautiful ambience, extremely knowledgeable and talented staff. I wouldn't trust any of my beauty services to anyone else. They take their time, tell you the best options, have such a wide variety of services that you won't find in other spas. If you haven't tried The Skin Shop Medspa, you need to stop in or call and try them out. Once you do, you'll be addicted! 5+ stars

Love this place! My first experience was yesterday... and I will be back! My coworker recommended them and I wanted to try Jeaveau AKA Newtox because she raved about it along with this med spa. I met the two owners and they were an absolute treat. Both sweet as pie and made me feel extremely comfortable. I got a screaming deal and even got a free B12 shot! It's only been a day and I already see significant results! My crows feet are completely gone! Love love love! Go and check them out!

Second time visiting & they never disappoint! Got Botox in my forehead and they made the experience so fun and enjoyable, very reasonable prices also. Will definitely be back & highly recommend! Shelly & Cyndie were awesome

I am so happy I was introduced to this place! I have been there twice now and have my third appointment scheduled. For my first visit I met with both Cyndie and Shelly for a jelly mask. The place was extremely clean and everybody was very welcoming. My comfort was 100% their first priority. They are actual nurses, and both attended to me to discuss my skin and my questions, even though I was only having a mask at that visit. The jelly mask was very refreshing and relaxing! I fell sleep and my face felt great after. My second visit was for microneedling.... gulp! I was nervous, but Shelly reassured me, and was so pleasant to talk to, I forgot all about being nervous. The numbing worked great, and I could hardly feel it, other than wanting to sneeze when we did my nose, lol. I was sent out with samples of products both times I visited, and was NEVER pressure sold on items as some places do. Shelly even reassured me that the grocery store bought face wash I am using is the best at that price point. THAT goes a long way with building my trust in a company and the services they offer. Oh, and being able to text with questions post care was great as well!

This place is awesome! The customer service was amazing! Very knowledgeable with all my questions and concerns ! I'm very happy with my results and Ive recommended the skin shop to all my family and friends and anyone that wants to look younger and feel their very best ! Cyndie is my Magic maker but all the ladies their are amazing!

Cindy and Shelly were amazing! Today I went in for lip filler and was a bit hesitant but that feeling quickly went away! The moment I walked in I was so comfortable. Cindy and Shelly both did an amazing job talking me through it and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Their work was absolutely flawless. I would recommend them to anyone I know! My lips came out exactly how I wanted them to. I was so happy with their work I didn't even make it out of the salon without booking them for another service. I am very particular with my work and I know anyone would be when comes to an enhancement to the face. But I can assure you, you can not go wrong! They will make sure you love it before you leave.
