The Positive Chef

If I could give Chef Monique 10 stars, I would. We booked her for a girlfriend's bachelorette party and everything was absolute perfection. The salmon was cooked like nothing I've ever had before with the lightest crispiest skins and the most incredible strawberry dessert! And honestly, if the food wasn't enough, Chef Monique is so incredibly professional, gracious, and made us feel so so special! Could not recommend her more and can't wait until we have another event and can bring her in for it!

Chef Monique prepared a wonderful, flavorful, and absolutely delicious dinner for my girlfriends and I. She served us a bruschetta with fresh basil from her garden, and I dreamed about the flavor for days after. Her graceful presence, her talent, and passion for fresh quality food radiates through the dishes she serves. I can not recommend The Positive Chef enough!
