The Lobby Bar

I visited the Lobby Bar on a Sunday afternoon, where Jenna was our bartender. She was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, it was clear that she genuinely cared about providing a great experience.Jenna was knowledgeable of the menus. When I ordered the duck spring rolls, she shared the chef's recommended pairings, which truly elevated the flavours.Jenna's kindness ability to engage in genuine conversation made me feel like more than just a customer, I felt like a valued guest.

This may just be my new favorite spot to get dressed up and grab some cocktails and light bites with friends or for date night! I've been twice now, and both times the vibes were GREAT, there was live music, and even though they were super busy, it was still easy to get drinks. We loved the shrimp cocktail, crispy brussels sprouts, and truffle frites. My favorite cocktails are the Parisian spritz and negroni. We will be back again soon! 10/10 the new hot spot in PHX.

This bar has a great vibe with tons of seating inside and outside. We were fortunate to find a high top table for two on the patio under a heater and it was perfect. The wine selection was good and the prices were what you would expect at a nice hotel. We ordered the duck spring rolls and they were out of this world. Next time we will try one of their restaurants. Overall, beautiful hotel, great live music on the weekends that they pipe outside to the patio. It was a lady playing the piano and singing. Very nice sound. I recommend stopping by and checking it out. Sam Fox got it right again! Will get more pictures next time.

I stopped in for a couple drinks. The Sazerac was amazing. Great people watching. Always packed. Service was engaging and awesome.

Caviar on onion dip with Krug Brut? YES, PLEASE! The cheeseburger was phenomenal, I had the mint honey lime-ade with El Tesoro repo and they even had all the ingredients for a penicillin. Staff are wonderful, too. Highly recommend the shrimp cocktail with 4 of the most jumbo shrimp I've ever seen!

After I finished dinner at the hotel around 7:30pm I wanted to enjoy the music at the lobby bar, it was a 30 minute wait to get a seat. Once I had a seat a server came up after 15 minutes and put a reserved sign on the table, I asked her what that meant and she said you'll have to leave someone else wants to sit here who had a dinner reservation. I asked for the manager, when he came over I said "I to had a dinner reservation and waited 30 minutes to sit here why did I have to move I hadn't ordered a drink yet and would like to". It was now 8:15 and he said he would sit me somewhere else bc people were coming at 9pm, I said I'll leave at 9 he said no you need to vacate the seat now. I told him 45 minutes is enough time to have a drink and then I'll get up. When the server came back I told her I'd like to order, she told me the manager won't let me serve you bc you won't get up now, at this point others had sat down and we were talking while they waited for their dinner reservation. The manager came back at 8:45 and asked me to move I asked him if he had a table for me since he wouldn't let me order a drink. He said another table was available so I took it. When the server came over to the new table (it was the same server from the other table) I said to her "are you going to serve me now" and I ordered a glass of wine. Immediately a security guard came over he said "the manager will not serve you and wants you to leave". Intimidation is what this manager was doing to me by not serving me bc I wouldn't vacate the seat I was enjoying. It was rude, they wouldn't put another reserved sign on another table where someone else is sitting so I would have a table. Instead they wouldn't let me order a drink until I was forced to leave. I am 60yrs trying to enjoy the evening by myself listening to the band I spent $220 for dinner +1 drink and to be treated we that way is horrendous and wrong.

5 star Ambiance and service! This place is gorgeous, a true gem for the neighborhood. So beautiful with a euro vibe. For the Lobby Bar food, I do feel it needs to be elevated a bit. I must say the portions are great, American portions. However the frites were very dark oily soggy and not a pleasant after taste. They should be more like a true crisp frite. The onion dip and house made chips. THe dip was great, the chips were bland and not visually pleasing. The Creme Brule was 5 star. It is a generous portion for more than one, great to share. I will be dreaming about the Creme Brule. I look forward to trying other items on the menu and the other restaurants.
