Good food and service. I had the Chilean Seabass. Yummy. I like their sourdough bread service - nice and warm.

Unfortunately, this place seems to be going downhill. I come here every Thanksgiving with my buddy so we can watch football and have a nice meal but today we went and it was not up to par. First of all, they have some sort of weird remodeling going on and a place looks out of sorts. I ordered the Thanksgiving meal, which comes with a salad, turkey meal and dessert. Our server rarely came over and we had to flag her down to give us refills, after we were done with our meals somebody came and took our plates away, and then our server came back and gave us our bill. I guess no dessert. When I walked out, I asked the hostess if the Thanksgiving meal included dessert just so I could confirm and she verified that it did. 10 years ago this place was much nicer... Looks like Service and ambience are falling off.FYI, the photos I have posted of a dessert are from years past

This location seems to have gone downhill. Came in for dinner tonight and we're quickly sat but in the back room with all the blinds closed- it honestly felt like a prison cell. Luckily we were by the window and opened the blinds which made it feel much more open. Ordered the grand fashioned (old fashioned with grand marnier) and SO had the agua Fresca. Both were good. For dinner my SO ordered the keg classic- sirloin with baked potato and wedge salad to start while I went with the 14oz prime rib (med rare) and the lobster bisque. Mashed potatoes on the side.We asked for bread as well and our server let us know it'd be coming out shortly. We waited about 10 minutes and our salad and bisque came out but we had to ask for bread again as we still didn't have it. SO said the wedge was good but not enough dressing. The bisque was great but don't expect any actual lobster in it as there is none. Entrees came out, SO said hers was great, mine on the other hand missed the mark. The prime rib had at least 6oz of very hard fat- not the kind you typically get on prime rib that was too hard to eat. The actual meat was over cooked and tasteless. The au jus was the only redeeming factor. The mashed potatoes were good as well. On to the service, bread only came when we asked the runner for it, our waters were never refilled and we were not asked for a second round of drinks. With this and the quality of food, we most likely won't be back to this location.

I have mixed emotions about my dining experience. We went on a Tuesday evening without a reservation and were immediately seated. The waitress promptly took our drink order. We knew what we were going to have so we placed it with her when she came back. They brought out complimentary bread and butter that was so warm and mouthwatering. Started with iceburg salad which I don't typically have as there is no nutritional value in ice burg lettuce. Also, I didn't realize that there was bacon on it, which I know for all you bacon lovers ....YUCK. I just scrapped it off (my bad for not reading) and off I went to eating. Ordered a shrimp and salmon dinner. I truly appreciated the artistry of the kitchen. The shrimp was the best I have had in ages. It had my senses singing!! The only reason it's not five stars is the service. For one, it was slow, and it was not crowded. We had to ask for a refill of our tea and water. Secondly, she asked if we wanted dessert and when we said we did, failed to bring us the dessert menu. I ended up getting up and going to the front to get one since she was nowhere to be found. With that said, we ordered the crème Brulé and the cheesecake. The cheesecake was so huge I ended up taking more than half home. All in all the food made up for the service.

So, I would like to update my previous review from December. We visited last night and were treated to excellent service sitting at the bar for dinner. This is such an improvement since the last time we visited. Is it even a coincidence that one of the bartenders was new? The two friendly bartenders greeted us, kept our drinks filled, took our orders and thanked us for coming in when we were leaving, despite the fact that the whole restaurant was super busy. Bravo! Oh, and the food came out on time and was delicious! Thank you for the vast improvement!

Came here on a Sunday evening. Made reservations and was seated immediately. Our server was Miranda. She was pleasant, but she did not check on our table much. I asked for straws for our drinks and it took so long that I just went to the bar and got them myself. I ordered the blue cheese fillet with the twice baked potatoe . It came with the seasonal vegetables. My steak I ordered medium, it was more medium well. The seasonal veggies were dry and had no butter/oil/seasoning on them. The twice baked potato did not disappoint. I usually go to the establishment in Tucson and I will say the food and the service is better there.

We'd made a reservation for 545 but arrived earlier and was able to be seated. Miranda was our server and she was a little scarce. I ordered the prime rib, medium well and it was way over cooked which made it dry. It took about twenty five, thirty minutes for our food to arrive. There was nothing garlic about the mash! Just not a great but we had somewhere to be so we ate it. Then it took another fifteen, twenty for the bill, they don't accept tap to pay. The restaurant was a bit noisy as there were a few "party" tables near us.

The restaurant was busy our husband and I went to this location a few weeks ago on a Saturday early evening before six. There was open seating at the bar so you decided to sit at the bar to order our food and drinks. We were so glad we the bartenders were very nice and we met some amazing people as well. We order the prime rib with two sides, the honey, roasted chicken with two sides to drinks and some wine to share. Our food and drinks were amazing. The martini I had was not very strong so I will try a different drink next time. We will definitely be back again and they had an email club as well for your birthday for a free entrée and order dessert I believe.

It's not quite 4 stars, but not 3 either. 3.7 is probably a better rating. The food was ok. I have been to the keg several times and it was just ok. We were not allowed to get our steak to the temperature that we were looking for. I haven't ever been to a place that didn't serve prime rib rare. They said Medium was the best they could do. I asked if it was because they were just out of it and he said no, that is the lowest it goes. My jaw was on the floor. To this day, I still cannot comprehend that answer. That being said, the other sides were meh. The drinks were just ok. The service was fantastic though! The result was my wife and I leaving underwhelmed and feeling like we wasted our money--the first time at this location. The Gilbert location was a little better.

So, I came in tonight to eat steak. We walked in and the vibes were off the charts. There was some music, but it wasn't too loud. The talking wasn't too loud, so we could have lots of good conversations. We started off the night with a nice waitress named Eden. We started with water, then a nice man (whose name I didn't catch) who brought out the softest, warmest sourdough I have ever had. Then Eden came back out and took our orders. The food took a little of bit of time to get the food out, but it was 100% worth it. It was the best steak I ever had. I got a Filet Mignon, and got it medium rare. It was perfectly soft and was wrapped in bacon. There was a nice sauce that came with it, and had vegetables to the side. Oh, yeah and there was a salad that came with it first (there were multiple options). There was also very nice dessert options and a vegetarian option for the main course. Would rate 6 stars if I could, but since I can't, Five stars.
