We visited the Irish Cowboy for dinner-desperately in need of a break from commercial food establishments and we are so glad we did!! It's the most charming Irish pub themed eatery and the food was amazing. We started off with the fried pickles-beer battered to perfection and the portion was generous-enough for my husband I to share. My husband ordered the Belfast Badboy-a man sized burger with corned beef which was super tasty. I ordered the Irish Reuben which included Swiss cheese and sauerkraut-which was a melt in your mouth delight. The service was fantastic-super friendly and accomodating and we can't wait to go back to sample the rest of the menu!

Food was exceptional, staff very friendly and selections were wonderful. We have been to Ireland and this place reminds us of the pubs there. We live 35 minutes away but will hapily drive to a few times a month just to eat there!

I was in town for training and popped in because retired LEOs are just gonna! It was so good, I came back on the second day. environment was relaxed, staff were amazing. Day one - had the Dubliner burger and fries. It was probably one of the best burgers I have ever had - the simplicity of it (Irish cheese, burger, lettuce/tomato/onion/house garlic mayo) highlighted how delicious and perfect the patty prep was. Day two - returned for the corned beef sandwich. I'm pretty averse to rye and mustard so I did that thing and asked to change those 2 things. but it was absolutely amazing - if you like rye and mustard. Then I can only imagine it is perfect!

Amazing service and love the accents!! The food was perfect and what you would want from an Irish pub! Will definitely be back to try more on the menu. Love the decor and for once a place that has music but not so loud you couldn't talk! Thank you!! Service was super quick and friendly. Clearly a family run place.

The Irish Cowboy is a great restaurant. I had the wings with steak fries and they were delicious. The ambience is perfect and makes you feel like you are in a pub in Ireland. Our server was kind and very welcoming. After my visit I had a special request and I reached out to Sabrina. She attended to my request and I wouldn't have expected how the way she went above and beyond to help me. If you are ever in Florence AZ , please stop by The Irish Pub. You well be treated like family. Thank you Sabrina for your help. I will be coming back soon. I ordered a Guinness and they added a picture of me and my date. It was pretty cool!

Ordered a Coffee Martini, not really sure what they brought me but huge disappointment set in when it looked like a watered down latte, my martini had ice in it smh and real coffee beans. The worst!Just as I thought it couldn't get any worse breakfast "The Irish Cowboy" it was bad. Had to try it but I don't recommend it! If you want good food go acorns the street and eat bbq.
