The Fig & The Knife

A cooking class with Janette was the perfect date night anniversary gift for my husband. She was able to cater to food allergies and preferences, taught knife skills, and introduced us to some delicious new flavors. We were able to make and enjoy two dishes, including pad thai and penang coconut curry. The food was delicious, and she made this an all-around fun experience. She even did all of the set up and cleaning! I would highly recommend Janette for a personalized cooking class!

It is refreshing, during a recent local event, to observe someone passionately invested in the moment. The caterer appears to really enjoy being a vehicle for culinary memories. Janette is an amazingly creative chef! She is a joy to work with. What sets Janette most apart, though, is her kindness, her empathy, and the care and attention she gives to everyone she meets. From her clients' tastes, needs, and, most importantly, dietary restrictions, if you mention it even once, it is foremost in her mind. And her food is always absolutely beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. I cannot recommend her enough!
