Pros: Good good, sometimes great, good selection, decent price Cons: where to start? It's impossible to see what they have, their website doesn't help either. You have to fight other ppl to see what's available, I almost have to crawl on the floor to read what's on the bottom of the refrigeration section. We went last night and the place was super messy, garbage left around, looked very unkept. Staff is miserable, unhelpful and it just kills the experience. Yelling "welcome in" when ppl walk thru the door with zero sincerity, you're better off not even doing it. They have a great concept but they only took it as far as they wanted and left it there. Place plastic sleeves on the doors and just insert cards with food names on the outside. No one is asking for some massive undertaking, just make it easier to find food. Maybe use your website to display what's available.Monday - turkey meat loaf, etc...Tues - Salmon and pasta..... Because right now the website is useless and poorly done.

First time seeing 50% off options. I was snagging dinner for same night so picked these up. $16 for 2 delicious & healthy meals. Busier it felt like when I went in but expected it after the new year. Large staff working to prepare meals. The cooler cases weren't heavily stocked but they likely have an influx of customers.

The food choices are pretty good, it's just not enough food for me I was still hungry after eating it. The food was delicious, great service. It's not a restaurant it's take out

I love to support local businesses but sadly I'll never come here again. Just went there and the 2 girls working there seemed like we were annoyed we walked in. We felt so uncomfortable and even our 89 year old friend commented on no personality. We paid and I didn't even know we were done because she didn't say thank you or anything she just walked away from the cash register. And they had a big water bottle on the counter with the F word on it.

Grab and go healthy meals! Full of flavor which is awesome since many times meal prep companies lack on flavor. Friendly staff. Discount for military which is a plus ! Highly recommend

I've really enjoyed the things I've purchased but I'm very upset that I feel like I'm bothering them when I walk in the store. Today I called with a question and the woman was not nice to me at all.I'd give it a 4or 5 if they would be friendly or kind. Also, it's really hard to see what is all available. You have to read each label and bend over or pick them up to read them. I wish they had a printed list or a board with a list!I just read other reviews about their friendliness... I have been in 2x and neither time was anyone the least bit friendly. Not even a hello or conversation. Actually they didn't say more than a few words with a glare when I paid.

Very impressed with the quality. Super convenient, grab n go. Staff is friendly as well. Highly recommended

Wow! I saw someone tag this place on FB and looked up the Instagram photos. Mouth was watering! I drive up to their business an hour later (my kids were in a a class or I would have gone sooner). They have big grab and go refrigerators, everything was clearly labeled with the dish, calories, carbs, protein, fat...MACROS! Both the chef and proprietor were welcoming and answered my questions. It's also great to know that it is a locally owned family businessWe had the lasagna with was meaty and saucy and very tasty! $10.50 fed both my husband and I. I also couldn't resist trying one of the recommended peanut butter protein balls. Just a hint of sweet! You can grab a prepared meal, order a whole meal plan or get salads and wraps to made to order!

I just wanted to acknowledge how good the food is here. I had the salmon and asparagus and it tasted so bomb! Pretty much everything I've tried is delicious. They make everything including the sauces out of scratch. Also the side sauces are included in the macros, pretty awesome. A bit pricey but definitely worth it. Way healthier, cheaper and more convenient than eating out or buying fast food. Their customer service is superb. Their setup is very practical and organized. I like it here! I love how they have pescatarian options as well.
