Wings were ok, but a tad dry. Not overcooked dry. Some people like them a bit drier and crispier so that may not be an issue.They were quite slow to get the wings out, more so than other wing places. Tea was absolutely terrible. Don't know what was in there but it was undrinkable. Restaurant is clean as were the bathrooms. They have milkshakes which are tasty but they had a little bit of ice-cream chunks in there. While I don't mind a few small chunks, they don't fit through the straw and they don't have spoons.Front counter person was not friendly, not rude just did't seem happy to be there

Ok I can possibly see why this locations reviews are subpar.1. You have location it's squeezed in between higher end eateries and spas.2. The boys working on Tuesdays never smiles he comes off as not wanting to be there at work they look robotic so management may want to work with them a little on customer service skills but by no means have they ever been rude.Pros: Despite the two very small hiccups that are easy fixes the dining area is always clean and kept up and the wings are good on those nights when a woman doesn't feel like cooking but you don't want to dress up and go out. I'm highly recommending this location for great food and cleanliness.

Do not go to this one if anything go to the one by mesa CC this one is trash.Me and my wife went in around 6 pm got 2 plates of buffalo fries and 2 shakes.Nobody was in there besides one man before us we gave him advice on what to get,Anyways... more people walked in about 10-2 more people, about 20 minutes had went by, an employee came up to us with 2 shakes... said "you had the shakes"?idk there's about 15 people in here waiting on food....What type of shakes are they, anyways.. weren't ours ... here comes our shakes but no food shortly after. Now we sat there for about 10 more minutes with 2 milkshakes and no food.....The other people in there which was a party of 5 or 6 got their food before us.FINALLY here someone comes with food, ok thank you .They reply are you MIA.. no our order isn't under mia.They then walked around asking if someone's name or order is Mia, no one's name was Mia... they took the food back in the kitchen Here come a bag of our food which we had ordered to go. Now our shakes are half gone and melted and we have our food. We live about 11 minutes from this location and ate immediately when we got home because we were already hungry before we waited 30 minutes with one single person in front of us.Welp, open our food take a bite and it was SOOOOO SOGGY. The chicken was mushy and extremely soaked in sauce and I'd been to the other location about 10 times never had it like this ever...The Chicken pieces were like as big as Burger King nuggets.. yuck it was so disgusting and wet I literally wasted about a hour of my life and 40 something dollars eating at this location .. never again will I ever be in this location, and tell those girls in the back to stop chatting and handle their customers PLEASE . Making that register boy do almost all the work in there while you two horse around.I wish I had my $41 back

My food arrived early. The driver was wearing a mask and complied with the instructions. Thanks Grub Hub.The blue cheese with the side salad was better than the reviews led on. It tasted like blue cheese and had decent chunks but I'm definitely a Wisconsin girl and love a good high quality so it could be better. The salad was yummy overall with its toppings, tomatoes, cucumbers and croutons. They have onions but I asked for them to be removed, thank you. The wings (5 mild & 5 lemon pepper) were good but I wasted a lot because the the skin was sooo soft. Texture of the chewiness grossed me out. I prefer crunchier outside and soft and juicy inside. They did the bare minimum. It was expensive so that's disappointing. The mild sauce was okay but I liked the lemon pepper one more.The chocolate shake was good.I'm dog sitting in the area but I can't say I'd drive all the way from Tempe to eat there again but place has potential!

$28 for 10 wings and fries!?!? Seriously??!?? OMG... I was the only sole in the building and the food took over 15min to prepare and when it was ready it was 1/2 cold! How can this be? I give this place 2-3 months before they are out of business! Go to Lucky Lou's down the road for 30 wings which would cost less and taste 1000 times better!

Service was amazing and extremely helpful, the barbecue chicken french fries were great. Definitely recommend.

Says they close at 9pm..... yet when I get there it's closed at 8:45pm?? But when I asked why they closed they just looked at me and continued closing. So unprofessional and rude. Whoever is GM or Owner of this place needs to handle these night kids.

THIS PLACE IS A$$!! I came here because I heard about the buffalo fries... THEY SUCK!! THEY ARE OVERPRICED AND COLD!! The music was foul and offensive to women. They got my order wrong and overcharged me!! This place stunk like weed and bunghole! Do not go here!!

Way over priced for the portion. Got a regular with extra chicken, portion looked like it should be for a regular when I received it. I asked if the meal included extra chicken and she said yes. I ordered extra chicken expecting it... Also got a shake. Total was $22! At first I thought I ordered enough to have some to take home. This was my first time eating at this restaurant and it will be my last. California based company charging California prices while not in California. The food was good but not worth $22.

Paid for large got a regular container did they change the size of the containers? If they did probably won't get it again
